So I have a problem. The provider of Lucky Reel game is not allowing players from Poland to play his games. Thats why even tho I have opted in, made a deposit I cannot use the free spins. I leave at your site LOTS of money every month, and yet your customer service, bonus system and everything regarding this matter is treating me like some bum. No words. Dissapointed AF and leaving Unibet for some other bookie who actually give a F bout their loyal customers. Like what the hell. How hard would it be to give 25 free spins on other game? Come on... Its just rediculous.

Hi @probotaa, sorry about all this confusion, It's to my understanding that 25 spins were added to players to Narcos in order to compensate for this error on our side, can you please have a look and confirm if you received them?

I got a message to check out the latest casino tourney, a wonderful chance for a holiday and possibility of winning loads of money.

So I played for about an hour and checked on my progress.

Btw I think you should invest more because the guy on the 5th place will also invest some money if you see you are chasing him.

Nice idea @psrquack unfortunately there tend to be rules about betting on same sorts of bets, those certainly don't count for wagering requirements. :teardrop:

Anyway, if I did do that and zero came up I might not be happy. :waterfall:

Still in 14th place but now only £6,493 before I get in the money. :Rofl: I think you need a pretty big bank roll to compete in these sorts of tourneys. :Teardrop:

Idk but i think that 1st place holder started pushing highscore immediately when promo started and after you get high enough score, no one is even interested chasing that.

Unibet don't allow playmoney so rosh can't compete 😉

1* The tourney started on 17th June, I got a message 24th June.

2* Don't know about this.

3* I understand the rules on this one but there are definitely instances of promos with ambiguous or conflicting rules.

4* Definitely, today the top player has increased his investment by over £70,000, there aren't many going to compete at this level. 14th with £58 and over £6,000 to get on the leaderboard says it all really. If the marketing dept. wanted to target more accurately a quick glance at my account would probably have them shaking their heads and saying "no" to issuing an invite.

I understand there are different levels of marketing but I've always felt any competitions based on turnover, be it poker, casino, bingo or anything else are a waste of time for the average player. At least with the current poker promo you can pick your level of competition, maybe more than one, but to me it still has the feel of "seen it all before." I'm really interested in seeing what the new rewards programme is going to be like. :wonder:
