You won the package when it was already announced, so you knew where and when it takes place, our terms and conditions are quite clear, we do not allow exchanges for packages won through qualifiers which means in this case if you can't make it, your seat and hotel would forfeit. @fasteR Please note that the time zone for all promotions is not CET, it's UTC, so it's one hour behind CET, so in your case the time you got knocked out was the same day still according to UTC time. I can see you have completed the mission in the meantime, so all good :) Thanks

@sgriff this T&C starts from 2020 on, for seats moved already before, they have to be used within 2020. The idea behind this paragraph is for people not continiously moving their seats, we have players that haven't used their seats in years which shouldn't be the case. With this I think we find a good middleway. Thanks
