    Hi @Jescis, welcome to the Community :) Thank you for contacting us regarding it.
    We had a look at both and it seems that 4K GTE Leaderboard High Rebuy had 107 rebuys and 97 add-ons, so in the regard of that particular tournament I would suspect a local error with your PC or Software which caused this. I would recommend reinstalling the software as a first step, and please keep an eye out if it happens again. We can raise a bug report if this persists for you.
    Regarding the 50eur Sputnik, you are indeed right, we have contacted our provider to further investigate this. Thank you for pointing it out and my sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hi @Aaronmonne, there seems to be some conflicting information here as the official match report that we base our settlements upon don't show an attempt therefore the bet seems to be settled correctly, have a look at the link below.

    Hi @Hatters1, welcome to the Community :) The last document needed was received today and although I can't confirm or decline if it will be accepted, the official verification times are stated to be between 1 and 3 days. I can speed up the process the day after tomorrow if an official answer wasn't received by then, but I am hopeful that it won't come to that. Please let me know closer to the 3 day due date if there's no response yet.

    Hi @RogueWitch, no need to get worried :)
    What happens when you have your account in a different currency than euros is that the system translates whatever money you have on your account to euros and projects it in the Poker client. Basically, the amount you have on your account never changes, but if there are value fluctuations in the currency that you have on your account, parallel to euro, there will be a slight difference, +- a couple of euros once in a while. The system is based on a live Currency exchanger, this is bound to happen once in a while when it updates.

Unfortunately, I am unable to foresee when you will receive a new bonus as it's based on factors that might change in the course of time.     @Bowlertc, @ozzy123 sorry for taking this much time with an answer, I have to say that this wasn't the easiest case to chase down. My apologies for keeping you waiting. Our tests on your accounts performed in an emulator are showing racing pages, so it implies racing should be okay for you guys unless you have something local on your PC blocking types of traffic somewhere in the connection to our site (VPN issues...). This didn't affect anybody else from the get-go, only your accounts so the suspicion is that if it's persisting, it must be something with the PC. Please let us know if this is persisting on your end and I'll ask the guys in IT to advise us over what settings you would need to do in order to solve this.

    I'm sorry you experienced an error with the Live Score feature, fact of the matter is that these statistics are projected onsite by a 3rd party provider and although rare, errors like these can happen. Some of our more regular/experienced players also report issues like these from time to time. 
    Due to this aspect, unfortunately, players are always advised to follow 3rd party statistics when making a final decision when Live Betting:
    Terms B.1.2:

    "2) "Livebetting" is where it is possible to bet during an ongoing match or event. Unibet does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if it not possible to place a bet or the live score update is not correct. At all times it is the Account Holder's responsibility to be aware of the match and the events surrounding it such as the current score, its progression and how much time remains before the match is completed. Unibet does not accept any liability for changes to the Livebetting schedule or interruption of the Livebetting service."

    Hi @bgachip, welcome to the Community :) I had a look at the verification and what is requested is an ID and a Proof of Address however the proof sent is not eligible I'm afraid, the document would need to be issued in the last 3 months.
    The link below will explain a bit more in detail what is needed but basically any utility bill, internet bill, a bank statement will do as long as it's issued in the last 3 months.

    I had a closer look at this for you and the 500kr bet you placed was not registered by this reward because it was a prematch bet. By clicking on the reward, the explanations will show in the dropdown menu as well. They are still available, you just need to place a bet which is in line with the setup. Please let me know if there's anything that still needs clarifying.
