My Horse Racing does not work

Hi,

 

I have had a problem over the past couple of days which has made me miss the Dublin Racing Festival last weekend.

I cannot seem to load the racing page. I have tried clearing cache, cookies, different device, everything after advise from the online support. Nothing seems to work. There are no blocks on my account, and I can place any other type of bet fine ( Sports betting, casino, live casino, etc.) It is just when I load the Horse racing page, the races pop up for a milli-second, and then it all disappears into a grey page.

 

Any help?

Hi guys @Bowlertc and @ozzy123, I've already started the process and raised it's priority a bit to speed up this process for you. 
The odd thing about it is that it seems to work for most players, as a matter of fact, you guys are the only 2 who reported it so it would lead me to believe that there's something going on on your end that's causing it although I'm no expert in the matter. What happens if you guys try opening it from a different device and have you tried using a different internet connection? Like 4g instead of wifi and vice versa?
The issue is being investigated in the meantime, I'm just trying to gather as much information as possible. If you guys have the time, can you please try loading it and when the gray screen appears press F12 on your keyboard. A picture like the one below will appear. 
Take a screenshot and post it here please, I'll forward that to the guys in tech as well.

Hi

I have tried accessing on 4g and WiFi plus I have tried my phone, tablet and computer and same issue arises. One thing I did notice, if I select A-Z Sports and then scroll down the sports menu, each option has a number showing the different amount of betting options. But for greyhound and horse racing it's blank. 

I am not currently close to my computer so my screenshot it not possible, will try this evening if I have time.

Im copying the F12 as requested, I can see a lot of errors on the console,

@Bowlertc@ozzy123, I'm monitoring the situation over this fix for you multiple times daily and I've also raised the priority of the case to it's highest level now. 
I can totally get behind you guys not being happy with the current situation, it is indeed unfortunate that you guys are not able to place your desired bets. My sincere apologies for that. I've added you guys a Free Bet which can be used in the sports section as a token of our appreciation for your patience. I will keep monitoring and will try to speed up this fix as much as humanly possible.

@ozzy123, @Bowlertc, I've personally reached out to the guys which are dealing with this issue and I'm pending their feedback. In terms of the time needed to resolve this I wouldn't know to be honest as I'm not that inclined towards IT but as soon as I get a reply on the matter from the guys I'll be able to tell you guys more. Apologies again to keep you waiting guys, I know you're eager to see results and I'm truly doing my best to make this happen.

@Bowlertc@ozzy123 sorry for taking this much time with an answer, I have to say that this wasn't the easiest case to chase down. My apologies for keeping you waiting. Our tests on your accounts performed in an emulator are showing racing pages, so it implies racing should be okay for you guys unless you have something local on your PC blocking types of traffic somewhere in the connection to our site (VPN issues...). This didn't affect anybody else from the get-go, only your accounts so the suspicion is that if it's persisting, it must be something with the PC. Please let us know if this is persisting on your end and I'll ask the guys in IT to advise us over what settings you would need to do in order to solve this.
