Solution RayL Posted February 26, 2020 Solution Share Posted February 26, 2020 Hi @JackBrownDB, welcome to the Community :)I had a closer look at this for you and the 500kr bet you placed was not registered by this reward because it was a prematch bet. By clicking on the reward, the explanations will show in the dropdown menu as well. They are still available, you just need to place a bet which is in line with the setup.
