Suspeneded account's leftovers

Hey,

So I've already went over this with an unibet employee, my account is disabled, because they somehow found an duplicate account I had created years ago, which I was not aware of. Anyways,

It's all good, they just told me to use the other account and that there's no way I'm getting my duplicate account back. After some discussion with the live-chat I understood the situation and went on to the other account.

The timing was a bit unfortunate, since I had just won some little money before the suspension. We're not talking big bucks, but a few tenners maybe. I'd like to know if there's any way I could retrieve this money? I've done many deposits and withdraws over the years and surely they would find the right IBAN.

Thanks in advance!

Hey @Looppi and welcome to the Community!

There is some documents requested in the old account which should've been informed by Live Chat as well. The money on the account is of course refundable, but the documents need to be sent first due to the nature of the case. Please let me know if you need more information and I'll PM you with the details. :)

Hi @Looppi, your account was now suspended because of the false details registered when creating the account. Our Security department advised that no accounts will be accepted until you have reached the legal age of gambling of your country. Please feel free to contact us when time comes and you can legally register to Unibet.
