Hi after the patch i cant get into unibet poker app it works on pc but not mobile. It is before putting creadentials, tried reinstalling didnt work.

Round 2 is now done and we have our results. Overall quite a difficult round with only 13 players scoring over 40 points, which was the total number of matches we had this time.
The race stayed super close all the way and some lucky run with the latter list resulted on the leaderboard guy winning this one. Quite awkward really 😳

I credited tickets for players that finished 1st-3rd in the CPS events (excluding BE,SE and DK) and did not consider whether they used a community alias in them, as my take was that if they didn't use their alias in the final only, they were not entitled to the added value.
The list Stubbe had posted in the 2nd post of this thread takes community aliases used in the events into account (but not country restrictions) and would have meant only players using community aliases during the series would be eligible for the final.
As a number of players didn't use their community alias in the final and a number didn't use them when finishing top 3 in the series events we've decided to do the following:
1. Players that used their alias in the final last Sunday will receive a prize based on their finishing position. The T&Cs were clear that playing with a community alias was a requirement to be eligible for the added value in the final so players that did not follow that rule will not be receiving their prize.
2. As the T&Cs were not clear regarding whether you needed to use a community alias in order to receive a ticket after finishing top 3 in a series event, a second final will take place on Wed 13th April at 20:00 CEST. The list below will be used for ticket crediting so only players that used their community alias when reaching top 3 in an event will be included in the 2nd final. If you do not see your alias on this list and believe you finished top 3 in an event and used your community alias and/or the number of tickets looks wrong, let me know before Wednesday 17:00 CEST so I can check it.

The 2nd final will have the same structure as the 1st one. It will also have the same prizes, enjoy the extra value.
So the first final is invalid and we play another one next wednesday ?
