Hi, I just wanted to use my Banzai flip tickets, but these have been disappeared with this promotion's tab, despite it is stated in the terms: Tokens can be accumulated but will expire on the 1st March 2023 at 23:59 UTC. According to this these should have been valid.

Can the bonus points be expired if I log in every week? I found only this: Bonus Points are lost if a player doesn't login to the Poker client for over 90 days.

Unfortunately it disconnected me again after 10-15mins.. I was able to play only on my phone with mobile internet. I hope it was a temporary issue.

I was in session and desktop app disconnected me and I still can't log in at PC. Fortunately I was able to login on my phone so I saved my chips. I restarted PC and router, any solution idea? Anyone having this issue atm? @Stubbe-Unibet @Andy-Unibet Edit: I just logged in successfully at PC after some other router restarts.
