  1. UK times They were set to only show 10 hours before respective start time. I've updated it to 1 day so it's clearer what you can use your tickets on.
  2. The other two pages are the same too.
  3. Since the MTT/Series schedule has everything to do with me... I'll echo Stubbes responses to everything and add some more context. The slower the tournament, the worse it is for bad players, because they're going to get chewed up postflop by good players. What players want, and what it good for them are two different things a lot of the time. One of the worst performing tournaments we ran during the micro series last year was the slowest tournament and at the lowest buy-in. Saying that, the schedule isn't specifically designed to make all low stakes tournaments fast, but has everything to do with them finishing at a reasonable time if they're one day tournaments. It also has nothing to do with encouraging rebuys, if we wanted that, we'd extend the late reg past 20bb starting stack (which is a lot earlier than competitors) and/or we'd just uncap the rebuy amount. We don't do either of these, at the expense of making money, to improve player experience. We've been tailoring the blind level to adjust for field size for multiple series now, this isn't new and you're the first person to complain about the change. It's also not unique to Unibet, look at major series on other sites and you'll see the same thing. You pay 5% rake on any PKO, at any buy-in, in any tournament, series or regular, for blind levels from 5min+ and it's been this way since Oct 2022. It's the lowest rake for PKOs in the regulated industry by a good margin. The majority of sites charge more rake at lower stakes than at higher in MTTs... $11 (10+1) vs $109 (100+9) for example, where as we do not.
  4. Neither of the above site issues were related to the RNG used for the card distribution. GGs issue was based on a client vulnerability, a software issue that technically any site could have at some point, but is very likely not done by the site on purpose to give certain players an advantage, and the ACR issue is bot related, again nothing to do with the way cards are distributed. When it comes to the RNG and the actual card distribution, it's tested by multiple jurisdictions and independent 3rd parties of a sample much bigger than 1-2m hands and they're all happy that it's completely random. Poker makes up a tiny % of the profit for not only Unibet, but all the major sites, so it makes zero sense to risk one or multiple licenses trying to rig card distribution so a subset of players gets more bad beats than another, or gets dealt aces less than they should.
  5. Hi @Mano4, Only selected UDSO stops are available for the package to be used on. These are normally mentioned in the tournament description, as posted above. With the package being a fixed value all year, there are some stops where the value wouldn't cover everything so we exclude them from the options. Normally, hotel is inclusive of a guest but for the UDSO/MPF it does not include a guest. If you win a package, you can always discuss with the event organizer if there are alternatives or adjustments that can be made to the package arrangements, Alex is normally very accommodating
  6. https://www.capitalxtra.com/artists/50-cent/news/randall-emmett-fofty-t-shirts/ There is a tie to poker as Randall plays high stakes cash.
  7. It opens on the day of the tournament to reduce the number of players sitting out.
  8. Removed. Account holder is PL, maybe they were making a statement about how the world should have more sexual relations with Polish people
  9. If only.
  10. You know the email will go to some random CS agent right? Stubbe probably never sees it. What you've just said is "it's ok to be racist against an entire race of humans, if you were bullied by a handful of humans of that specific race as a kid".
  11. Hackers are constantly finding new ways to exploit software. Racists are constantly finding new ways to spread hate. They're apologizing for breaking the terms and conditions, so they're apologizing to a company filled with employees of different races and religions and all the customers of equal diversity that use the product for breaching the terms. What bit of all this winds you guys up so much? 1. The fact you can't be racist on the product (which one of you can't even use)? 2. If you're caught breaking the T&Cs you agreed to on signup by being racist on the product, you're punished? 3. Your punishment for being racist on the product may include you having to admit you're a racist and that you have to keep your hate off the product?
  12. I did not. You just reinforced my understanding of you.
  13. Get comfy.
  14. No. We don't have a signed Terms and Conditions agreement. I can't apologize for a fact either
