Real sorry about that it's taking long @Mdh300 , I've checked the case and we're just waiting to hear back from the games supplier. I have seen us waiting around a weeks time in some cases like this in the past,  but I'll check with the Customer Support department if we can try and push it a bit.

There might be something to try out in the future, but for now we'll start off with the football data project and see how it goes :)

Will be interesting to see the next couple of games, both series should be pretty good and the Boston - Heat game 1 was no disappointment :)

Very torn on the first game of Denver and LA, you're so right that the Lakers(and historically Lebron) lose most of game 1's, but at the same time I can see Denver being quite deflated mentally after putting in all that effort into what they just achieved winning 3 straight vs the Clippers. They might need a re-set, a similar situation to their game 1 vs the Clippers, where they lost by 23 shortly after a game 7 vs Utah as well. Rooting for LA, I'm hopeful anyways :)

@Winsrygg I've checked your account, there was no specific verification request from our Player Safety department at this time, but both ID and personal address has been approved and your account is fully open. From my end this looks like it happened on the 5th of September after we recived the documents the day before. Did you receive an email from us saying otherwise or did you maybe have trouble accessing the account?

@TheBru I've seen the documents and they're in que at the moment to be approved by the Player Safety team. They were uploaded on Saturday, so I'll check on it with that team today and see if we can't get them processed. Sorry for the long wait, I realize we're still within the 5 days limit right now, but there are quite a lot of documents to go through at the moment!

While we probably don't have extraterrestrial technology at Unibet, what we do have is a great innovation team called Futures, who are always looking for potential technological additions to provide a better overall gaming experience!

We're glad to present this opportunity to join our closed Sportsbook testing and feedback group here on the community called Area 51, a pretty cool opportunity to help shape where the Unibet Sportsbook experience goes in the future, something we know you guys have asked for :Thumbsup:

Some of the information is a bit delicate in nature, so members who want to join this project will be asked to agree to an NDA. Thereafter you'll have access to our Area 51 board where Keir, Open Innovations Manager of the Futures team, will start the group off by presenting some concept mock ups and the ideas around them.
The first specific project we're looking into is about exploring what data in football might look like in 2-3 years. This goes beyond the normal corners, free kicks, possession etc. to explore what kind of metrics would improve the player experience whilst using the Unibet app to bet in-play on football.

@Candycam When did you make the deposit? It can get stuck rarely every once in a while, but it's quite unusual and when it happens we have to retrieve it manually or cancel it so it goes back to your bank. If that's the case, we'd need you to please email a screenshot of the transaction from your bank so our Payments team can confirm and find it.

I didn't see it as a fix, but just an update to this seasons competition making it work into the overall scheme of things.

We'll have regular football SuperToto's running this season as well and they're ususally fairly high in entry numbers, so seemed good to balance it out a bit for the Oracle as it's going to run for 16 weeks straight. We have some thoughs for UFC comps too :)

There's great value with all the extra ways to win than just getting the best score for the week and Free Bets or bets placed from Bonus Money is allowed as well, not something regularly seen in any promotions outside of the community :) It also flows into the main Unibet season long promotion where you can get a €5 Live Free Bet on a €10 NFL bet. With the entry bet here being half that, there's pretty good variety and you can get some pretty good NFL action for just single bet. 

I definitely understand not wanting to bet on the NFL every week, it's one of the reasons why 10 scores out of the total 16 possible rounds will count, making it possible to compete without joining all the rounds :)

The thread for the Jackpot will be fixed, but it's for €1000  in Free Bets or half of it as Poker Points - call that a negotiation if you will :)

I see your point @Livertool , but I think it opens up a whole new can of worms. 

We don't facilitate staking deals between players, not through the client or the community either, so really this is a discussion of an agreement made between two people(where one has decided to take it public). If we were to take action on the basis of what is writen on a seperate site where we can't even verify who the persons writing are, it would basically make it possible for people to harass others and getting Unibet to do the job on their behalf.

E.g if you have a problem with someone you know play on Unibet, just go to 2+2 and call them a scammer so Unibet can shut down their account until certain documents are received and approved. 

Would that be likely to happen? No, but it could be done and we need to safeguard against it.

I can appreciate wanting to notify others so they can avoid potentially getting scammed as well, but we've never facilitated  staking here(though it was suggested a long time ago) and won't in the future either.

I've probably read around a hundred scam threads through the years, and even though I realize quite a few staking projects end up positive overall(I've staked a few friends myself in the past), I'd never give money to someone I don't know personally and I don't suggest anyone else to do it either.
