  1. Hi @K1NGSAM and welcome to our community!

First things first, we're definitely not refusing to pay you! I'm trying to understand the course of what's happened through your post though, but need a bit of feedback.

When you requested the initial payout of €2500, didn't you receive an email(perhaps it went to your spam folder?) about the needed documents? This should have happened automatically as the communication from our side on the needed documents in order for us to process the withdrawal. I also have information that an email was sent to you on Friday around 9:50 CET by one of our CS agents, I suppose informing about the process.

On the first withdrawal, it's natural there's a security check done by our Player Safety department. We're required through regulations to do these in order to operate and we have a natural motivation for it as well, as we do see quite a lot of fraud attempts. Since your withdrawal is quite a bit larger than what was initially deposited, the security check might take a bit longer than normal as it has to go through a seperate part of the Player Safety team.
While I don't like that you feel you haven't received any information from our side until requesting it through the chat and I do apologize for that, we do have to perform this security check. The most recent document was uploaded on Sunday, so not quite 5 days yet, if it's not reviewed by today I'll push from my side for someone to have a look so we can get this fixed and you can get your withdrawal sent to you - congrats on the winnings by the way :)

Oh yeah, chat conversations came..... in password protected zip file and now i have to go livechat to get pw 🤣 Must be april fools day.

If agent don't give it to me straight away but passes pw request to some relevant team, i think i'll lose my marbles.

    Off to chat then...

@Livertool Please at least tell me that there was no issue getting the password throught the chat at least? We're passing the feedback along to Customer Support about this change, though if it is through security reasons due to the zip feeling being needed, the change might just be proper procedure ;)

Was there an issue with the chat itself for you?

    /Jeppe

I have never seen it actually executed, but people do try from time to time :)

I was not re-offered the bet at new odds. The bet was straight rejected then you changed the price.

Please stop, unless your site works differently to how it worked before this is simply a case of simply refusing the bet then moving. I had bets referred and accepted in the past, now I have have bets referred and straight refused without any explanation.

This may be a community based platform but it seems clear you are way out of your depth on this matter, or are wilfully ignoring what I have repeatedly stated. Or both.

Spare me the smiley faces too. I don't know why in 2020 CS people think this is an appropriate way to communicate.

@Sandy I was trying to figure out if you tried to place the bet again after the 1st stake was rejected and whether or not that stake was rejected as well.

It can definitely happen that our traders don't take anymore in stake on certain bets, that's market limits and if you bet frequently there's a good chance it will occur at some point.

Have you had problems with placing other bets as well?

You've started the thread and said we treat you like scum and that we should be reported for fraud, on the basis of a rejected £20 stake. While I do understand why you're frustrated on missing out those winnings, you're implying that we would somehow know the winner beforehand and that we are somehow messing with you personally. I can't agree with this statement.

Let me ask you this, in your opinion, what would be an proper solution on this for you? You've mentioned that we should add money on your account for lost bets in the past, but that just doesn't seem sensible to me as your previous play isn't connected to this bet.

Well, you tow the party line, I know your operation has been fined in the past for failures. I'm pointing out the simple facts here...

    1. You have made money out of me. I can accept that, but assuming you were still taking my bets. I could accept being restricted if I was not down significantly.

    2. You ARE straight up refusing my business now, I am treated like scum. Your Best Odds Guaranteed is not available to me, I am now restricted and you straight up refused what would have been a winning bet - and I complained about this straight refusal and your instant price cut following this BEFORE the horse won. I feel like you're goading me. So now it's ethical practice to do this? To take my money before, then now you refuse it but still make trading decisions off my attempt to place a bet as a losing customer with a losing record. I am still waiting to hear back.

@Sandy I'm sorry you don't want my reply, but since you're writing on our public platform, you'll have to deal with the fact that all members of the community can chime in, inluding myself. You are welcome to use our 1 to 1 live chat if it's more comfortable for you.

Just for good measure like @FunckyFish asks as well, did you try and place the bet more than one time? If an odds change is happening before the bet is placed, it could lead to that bet being refused.

I can have our Sportsbook check if there were any placement issues happening at the time and your account as well, I'll create that case and let you know what we hear back.

The Sportsbook is definitely not trying to goad you and change in pricing for sure isn't happening on the basis of one player attempting to place a £20 bet. I understand how you saw the price change happening in real time after your bet attempt was rejected, but it's coincidental timing as prices can change quite often as I'm sure you're aware. Make the statement that I'm trying to defend the indefensible all you want, but odds changes happen all the time and it has nothing to do with us thinking you are scum or anything like that :)

  6. @Sandy Though I understand your frustration on not being able to place the bets you'd like, I can't relate that having a bet rejected is to "be treated like scum".
The idea of trying to win back what is lost also doesn't coincide with responsible gambling, as we'd never want for any player to play for more than what they consider to be fun.

But like I said, I do understand why you'd like to be able to place your bets without any sort of trouble and as such @ReCorpH is inquring with our Sportsbook about potential market limitations.

Sorry for giving the information about he possiblity of sending bets for a manual check, while it works for most of our bet offerings, the feature isn't available on horse racing bets.

People might think I'm a troll, and sometimes I do troll.

But I have never once in my life had to request a refund from my bank Unibet, not 1 time. I am 28, I buy lots of things online, not once have I had to call my bank and escalate the call in this manor.

I don't even recall a time I asked for a refund period. This is so frustrating, I just wanted to play some poker.

Hi @Backpack, have you had the poker client opened and seen the playthrough bonus there? It's not common for poker bonuses to be paid up front, instead the bonus money usually gets released as you play.

  8. Hi @Teamautomester and welcome to the community!

Could I get you to try again and let me know of any error? I believe there's been an issue with the site here between 21:30 to 22:00 causing issues for some players, apologies!

If it's not related to this, could you please take a screenshot of the error and either post or send it to me in a private message?

  9. Thanks a lot @jerry :)

@Luk121 Your bet  wason Asian Total for Over 5.75 was settled with the odds of 1.42 and not 1.83 because the customer Won Half of the market. The customer placed his bet on Over 5.75, in which the stake is divided into 2 equal bets and placed on the outcomes of 5.50 and 6.00.

It's described in theTerms and Conditions of Section B.2.9:

"Handicap" is where it is possible to bet on whether the chosen outcome will be victorious once the listed handicap is added/subtracted (as applicable) to the match/period/total score to which the bet refers to. In those circumstances where the result after the adjustment of the handicap line is exactly equal to the betting line, then all bets on this offer will be declared void. Example: a bet on -3.0 goals will be declared void if the team chosen wins the match by exactly 3 goals difference (3-0,4-1, 5-2, etc). Any reference in this section to the term “margin” is intended to be understood as the outcome emerging from the subtraction of the goals/points scored by the 2 teams/participants.

Unless otherwise stated all handicaps listed on [the Operator] site are to be calculated based on the result from the start of the listed match/period to the end of the specified match/period. It is however customary that for certain handicap bet offers in specific sports (Asian Handicap in Football), only the outcomes obtained from the time of bet placement until the end of the listed timeframe will be taken into consideration, thus disregarding any goals/points scored before the time the bet was placed and accepted. Any bet offer with these characteristics will be clearly displayed on site and highlighted in the punter’s Bet History with the score at the time of bet placement

    Asian Handicap: Team A (-1.75) vs Team B (+1.75)

    Example:

    • Team A is given a -1.75 goal handicap in the match. This means that the stake is divided into 2 equal bets and placed on the outcomes -1.5 and -2.0. For the bet to be fully paid out at the listed odds, Team A must win the match with a bigger margin than both of their listed handicaps (ie. 3 goals or more margin). In the eventuality that Team A wins with only a 2 goal margin, the bet will be considered as partially won with a full payout on the -1.5 part of the bet and a refund on the -2.0 side since the outcome on that part of the bet would be considered a “tie”. Should the match produce any other outcome, including a Team A victory with only 1 goal of margin, the whole stake would be lost.

    Best regards,

    Jeppe
