  1. Anyway, now that I've had confirmation via email following up on my complaint that Unibet "traders/risk team" think I'm an arber and straight refused my bet because I attempted to place the bet @GR1ZZL3R, and were rejecting MY business on the basis of their opinion of MY business, perhaps you will be able to grasp the fact that it was exactly because I tried to bet the horse that they straight refused the bet and cut the price, because they have formed an entirely incorrect opinion of me. I quote... "You were notified on 13th July that you would no longer be eligible for promotions on your account...This decision was made based on almost exclusive bonus turnover and the opinion the account is being used for racing arbitrage". I used the Uniboosts THEY gave me to boost the prices of horses at e.g. 10/1 to 11/1 because THEY gave me them. Whilst betting into 10 runner books priced at around 127%... before I got my minimal enhancement. LMAO. Great analysis there, traders/risk team. I wasn't arbing and I don't arb. It continued... "As you mentioned within the community your bet was indeed rejected with no re-offer. This was and is down to the trader's discretion... we accept that a re-offer could have been a consideration if the trader did not want to accept the whole bet, but again this is down to discretion. At least I know not to waste my time looking at this firm's prices.
  2. Sorry @GR1ZZL3R I thought it was obvious I did not try to back the horse at 18/1 by my last response. So to be clear: I DID NOT try to back the horse at 18/1. After my bet attempt at 22/1 - which was STRAIGHT AWAY REFERRED TO TRADERS - AT THE PRICE - MY BET WAS STRAIGHT REJECTED BY THEM. I complained IMMEDIATELY about the treatment and straight rejections of the bet. By "Traders". Long before any massive price contraction, or the horse winning.
  3. Why would I try to bet the horse again at 18/1? I thought the horse was overpriced in the morning. I attempted to place a bet at 22/1, it was straight rejected. I wasn't offered a portion of my requested stake at 22/1. It was straight rejected. And the price was immediately cut. I did not get a message saying there had been a price change. The bet was rejected and low and behold the "traders" having not made a trade with me, cut the price. It's a disgusting practice. If you want to accept less be my guest.
  4. It's the method of "trading" I am objecting to. To a losing customer. That's the issue here. And to just refuse business and still cut the price? Jog on. I don't beat the price on all occasions, far from it. In fact plenty of times Unibet have been top price, reeled me in and taken my money. That should be a "well done" to the traders. Their judgement, or their knowledge was clearly better than mine on those occasions. This other shizz is clearly at the opposite end of the scale when it comes to "trading". It's a cop out. Thanks for your interest but you're barking up the wrong tree here. I am pissed off because they did this, and I called it out long before the horse in question won. Thank you for your interest.
  5. That's, my last accepted *horse racing* bet with Unibet was on 18th July. I had placed more before they removed Uniboosts and BOG. And I was losing significantly.
  6. Considering my last accepted bet with Unibet was on 18th July, you are also wrong to make assumptions.
  7. I was not re-offered the bet at new odds. The bet was straight rejected then you changed the price. Please stop, unless your site works differently to how it worked before this is simply a case of simply refusing the bet then moving. I had bets referred and accepted in the past, now I have have bets referred and straight refused without any explanation. This may be a community based platform but it seems clear you are way out of your depth on this matter, or are wilfully ignoring what I have repeatedly stated. Or both. Spare me the smiley faces too. I don't know why in 2020 CS people think this is an appropriate way to communicate.
  8. To be clear Jeppe, I don't chase. My bet history is fairly clear on that. Over a period of time your traders have made mincemeat out of my business, and this is more about the ethics of that fact vs. summarily straight up refusing my business and using these attempts to place a bet to move a price for whatever reason. So please spare me from any more nonsense about some Unibet social responsibility angle. Not what I am getting at, at all. You have been trying to win off me, and I have been trying to win off you - without much success. You're winning. I could understand such decisions to straight up refuse my business if I was winning off you, but I am not.
  9. @ReCorpH I await your response... and I only want to hear your response. So, sorry @JeppeL - but please don't reply to me again. Not interested in your defence of the indefensible.
  10. Well, you tow the party line, I know your operation has been fined in the past for failures. I'm pointing out the simple facts here... 1. You have made money out of me. I can accept that, but assuming you were still taking my bets. I could accept being restricted if I was not down significantly. 2. You ARE straight up refusing my business now, I am treated like scum. Your Best Odds Guaranteed is not available to me, I am now restricted and you straight up refused what would have been a winning bet - and I complained about this straight refusal and your instant price cut following this BEFORE the horse won. I feel like you're goading me. So now it's ethical practice to do this? To take my money before, then now you refuse it but still make trading decisions off my attempt to place a bet as a losing customer with a losing record. I am still waiting to hear back.
  11. Thank you. Though it isn't the first time a bet has been straight rejected, so I don't buy the argument you make here. It is insulting to be treated like scum. Perhaps you will like to propose returning my entire net deposits instead and closing my account once you have done so since you never gave me the chance to "gamble responsibly" and win back what I had lost before you started making these decisions to straight up decline my bets?
  12. I bet my own stuff. I don't follow tipsters/tipping lines.
  13. So good I'm down £1750 betting £20 and £25 a pop? And of course, they pull this stunt on what would have been a winning bet? I shall be taking this further. It's disgusting.
