@cris1285 Rounds played in HexaBingo won't count towards the Grand Slam room or Loyalty Wheel, but in the future who knows. I'd put that in the feedback thread as well :)

@kullfitre Announcement was probably a bad word to use as it indicated something public, but I meant an annoucement from them towards us as to who they are declaring division winners. 

On NBA bets that's still the situation at hand, that we're awaiting confirmation from the NBA. A big group of bets has been settled though:

Cleveland Cavaliers (19-46): from 19.5 to 35.5: void, from 36.5 and above under
Minnesota Timberwolves (19-45): from 19.5 to 36.5: void, from 37.5 and above under

These are the 8 teams that won’t be returning and as such we have settled that they won’t be making the playoffs. Their total wins have been settled according to the logic as mentioned below: if they could reach over x number of wins in an 82-game season that line has been voided, while if they mathematically couldn’t, that line has been settled as under.

These have also been settled with the same logic: any team that couldn’t reach the other’s wins even in an 82-game season, that’s now been settled. There’s some others that are still open, as they haven’t been decided yet.

Division winners are defintely announced and recognized outside of the website checkmarks though, some teams celebrate them on banners:

When accepting the new offer, the one active on your account now will cancel by itself. Just as you describe, it's only possible to have one active bonus :)

Let us know if there are any issues with it or you have any other questions, but it should work automatically as described.

@FunckyFish The problem is that the result of two players sharing the top scorer title was on the site of the DBU(Danish football governing body), I believe for at least a couple of days until they corrected it. The bet was settled, and subsequently the decision not to re-settle was based on that.

Thanks for clarifying that @Reno, I've seen the chat and I'm looking into it all. 

So just to clarify, the information I gave from the Sporstbook about the settlement of the bet is how it stands at the moment.
- They see DBU as the official sports body from where bets should be settled.
- DBU first announced two players finishing with 18 goals. We settled from that in accordance with our T&C.
- DBU has since corrected their result of the top scorer.

That is the link for the official results which our Sportsbook did the settlement from, the screenshot in my previous post was from that link, showing both Mortensen and Schwartz with 18 goals after the season had ended. So as per the information from our Sportsbook, they're saying the mistake was not from our side(in that case we would have changed the settlement to the correct one), but from the DBU who initally posted the season results as featuring two 18 goal scorers. 

I don't fully understand what you describe about the customer service contact. Which rule did they give you? If you contacted them before the game was played, it couldn't have been the one I've put here in the thread, as that only count towards the first official result.

The feedback from the Sportsbook is that this was settled from the first official announced results:

"Please be advised that we have settled the bets based on the First Official Results published by the Official Site. Any changes in the First Official Results are not considered in accordance with our Rule B.5.2:

Settlement of bets will not include any changes deriving from and/or attributable to, but not limited to: disqualifications, penalisations, protests, sub judice results and/or successive changes to the official result after the event has been completed and a result has been announced, even preliminarily. For bets referring to competitions which span over more than 1 round/stage (E.g,:.Season Bets), only amendments effecting bets which settlement has not been decided yet will be taken into consideration. Such measures must be announced by the governing association before the last scheduled round/stage will be considered. Any changes effected after this date, or else referring to bets which have already been settled based on events happening during the event/competition will not be considered.

It's a bit of an unfortunate situation, because since then they've corrected the list, but since we settled and paid out winners from the first officially announced results, we don't think it's fair to change that back af the fact as the winnings could have already been withdrawn or used maybe used to place another bet.

@GR1ZZL3R I've always enjoyed bingo, an even chance vs everyone else and if you're missing just one ball it's like trying to squeze out aces in a live poker flip :) I think for most people, if they wrote down 3 things they don't like about regular online bingo, this game will hit on at least 2 of those.

Hi everyone!

Next week we're introducing a new bingo product to Unibet, a new kind of game not seen before within the bingo sphere and something I personally think will bring about a great contrast to the regular bingo games generally known in the world of bingo :)

We'd like for members on here to test it out and bring us some honest feedback, both good and bad. We're opening up a special board for this while the game is new and we hope to see a bunch of you there to give a few words on how you feel about the game. If you'd like to test out this new product, just let me know here in the tread.

The game won't be available in Romania for a few weeks to start off, but we'll let you know once it's there so you guys can get a chance to try out the game as well once it becomes available :) The game also won't be live in Denmark at any point, so it unfortunately won't be possible to join the testing as a Dane.
