Someone usually can tell if there was something "wrong" with it so that the freebet wasn't awarded... Has the bet been settled by now ( it needs to be before you get the freebet )? And then I read the "small print"... Finnish: English: So for some reason only bets for men's tennis are accepted in Finland. And of course this info is told behind 3-4 clicks but who reads that shit when every sign tells that you can make any 10€ bet on Australian Open. But I had a feeling that betting on women's match could indeed be the reason for OP not getting the freebet, since I placed my qualifying bet on men's singles and got the freebet ( 2 of them actually ) as supposed to, but the freebet(s) could only be used on men's singles matches which seemed a little weird... 😕 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There was a mistake in the original setup, first if qualifying bet was made on Mens matches the free bet credited only worked on Mens matches, then it went to manual crediting (which obviously takes a lot of time). By the looks of it the course of action is as follows: The current bonus setup will be cancelled and reactivated with the correct one. I'll keep you posted once that's confirmed.
