I missed E3 nano too because of the latereg problem. Just one tournament, so not a big deal, but I hope you can fix this.

Any final table promotion this time? I'm at the event 3 final. Nano, of course, which is my usual run good tournament of UOS's. 

Not playing well and been a horrible day for me both in sats and in the UOS but hopefully can take this down so at least I can lie to myself that it's been a decent night.

4th. Lady luck is having a laugh tonight. AA busted by K10 blind on blind and then push around 20 bigs with 88 to be called byJ6. Didn't deserve to have the J hit against me after the hell I've put up with on the tables tonight but after getting through over 400 players I guess some people just feel invincible....

No doubt I will wake up and be happy to put myself through it again, though....

Still waiting for any answer. I guess Unibet has no problem with their software bugs which cause people not to be able to register tournaments and will not refund anything or even want to acknowledge that their software is full of bugs.

As there's even no reply whatsoever about what caused this and if it can or will be prevented in the future, it's impossible to be succesful in the leaderboards by playing correctly. Too bad Unibet cares nothing about poker, it's always about casino and sportsbook.

@Farseer yes there are a lot of bugs,we all deal with them,sucks that you couldn't register,I would be mad too,but for me,they always fixed things or refunded if I had a problem,but it takes time to investigate stuff.I think you are complaining too much,just like the last uos,no offense,but they cant award points for that,its not sure you would have made it to the points if you regged last minute.Yesterday you said you are not going to play anymore,don't like it don't play.

I would like points awarded to me and refunds given for tournaments I did not enter because the late reg closed early, because I didn't have the client open, because my laptop wasn't even on or because it was raining.

Please apply the Farseer insanity formula when working out my equity.

It's good for you, but for me they've never properly investigated stuff nor properly refunded, and when in the past they had lots of disconnect issues my friends told me the same. No fixes nor refunds, that's Unibet which I know. 

@It's not like I really like to play in Unibet as I know there are lots of bugs and so far customer support has been subpar (and I don't like software). And yes: I don't play regular tournaments there but @ 7 other sites. But I wanted to come and crush leaderboards which were set up so that by playing leaderboard correctly it is very hard not to get top5 @ leaderboard. If there wouldn't be bugs like these, of course.

@"Don't like it don't play" is really subpar argumentation, especially when people are losing money @ issues which should be quickly fixed and refunded. Of course they could add points to players affected: if they can't do it manually directly to leaderboard they could promise to refund players affected should points lost change their position in leaderboard to worse spot (average points awarded or so in the tournaments they were unable to participate because of software problems). It'll probably cost them a little, but much less than offering nothing (people stop playing angry) or offering any meaningful monetary compensatio (it would be pretty much and probably some players would skip series nevertheless)..

There' was another person in Finnish forums who missed E1-E3 too because of this bug and they will skip whole series too and satellites as well, I guess there's overall LOTS of people affected. This will costs thousands of euros to Unibet and make lots of players angry. All because of subpar software and subpar / non-existent customer support. Most people won't complain any more but stop playing altogether, because Unibet never seems to pay proper refunds.

Thanks @Purps for tagging them :) Don't use this platform so often so can't know the tricks. I assumed they would monitor this thread closely now that series is on.

@Farseer Expecting a refund for a tournament you didn't buy-in to is next level stuff. No they can't give you the points you think you deserve though your mere existence because it's unfair to everyone else playing and it creates a precedent that would cause even more work/problems down the line. Yes the latereg thinghy cost you some points(potentially, on average), and it is unibet's fault, but such is life, many things will happen either with unibet, your internet, your power company, your boss at work, relatives, etc. Everyone experiences these things, you are not unique. But I assume you're partly to blame as well since you probably max latereg every single tournament to abuse the points system, good for you I guess, if it's abusable then why not, they should make a better system, but you take chances with this strategy, like forgetting, or these bugs that are well known and have been around for years 😏 

Also your 1000€ rake claims, yeah, the rake generated for the entire series is not even close to 1000€.

True, but you forgot sats. All satellites I was about to play had overlay. How many of course not sure but last time UOS run almost all satellites overlayed. Now that money I would have used to avoid overlay is away from Unibet's pockets.

I think you really misread how this leaderboard works. Effectively skipping 1-2 days is like conceding whole leaderboard (if playing for the win). After 3 missed tournaments might still be beatable, but who says if this happens again?

Unibet is trying to tackle the abuse of players regging late and get into the points. Now you want them to give you an average amount of points for the leaderboard??

Maybe it was an 'like-mastermind' move to end late-reg early ... if you get the point?

Last edition I manage to end fifth in the leaderboard of my stakes just by regging normal, maybe you should try that. It's just a suggestion ...

@Farseer I really do apologize for the late registration bug hitting the UOS tournaments and I can certainly appreciate the dissapointment, that would come of not being able to play a tournament you had planned for because of something like this :(

As other members have pointed out though, it's basically impossible for us to compensate in a situation like this as we'd be setting a precedent and in theory anyone who didn't play the tournaments could claim they intended to and thus be eligible for the amount tickets/cash + leaderboard points we'd chose on.
It's just always a terrible situation for us when we have to consider a compensation based on intent - in this case it would the intent of a player to join a certain tournament - as we can't ever say for sure the intentions of any individual. So as much as I'd like to take your word for it, and anyone really, there's no doubt in my mind that we'd be taken advantage of by a number of players claiming the exact same. It's unfortunate, but due to the nature of this online business it's something that we have to always keep in mind when making a judgement call.

Here's the cold facts that @Unibet would like nothing more than extreme value hunters like yourself to forget your password permanently.  You offer no value to Unibet.  To be frank you should feel blessed that Party Poker, in their insane quest to race to the bottom, actually encourage your player type.

I respect you as a player.  I respect your dedication to the game.  But your views are entirely self serving in every post you make.

A player of your calibre and name in the industry should consider taking a different line that could actually serve you better through potential sponsors.

@Leo-Unibet What happens if a player wins 3 tickets to the UOS 79 100e ME via Satellites. Registers, runs up a stack with the first stack, so is not able to rebuy before addon period. Then they use 1 more ticket for the addon, leaving 1 ticket.

Is that ticket rendered useless? Can we switch it for a Supernova after the series?

E44 Low is 6 handed, but the schedule says 9 handed. Nano is 9 handed.

 

Description for E47 and E48 says rebuy, but they are setup as freezeouts as in the schedule.
