Guys,stop throwing disrespectful words like that, of course,nobody likes when these things happen, and there is room for improvement,but I think they are trying their best to keep us all satisfied,in the last 3 years that I have been playing here I have received all the refunds I asked very fast,and the site is growing daily. Other sites have major issues with customer support,and I think that's a very important part in choosing where you keep your money,so Unibet is my favourite place for poker.If you are unsatisfied,just ask nicely for your refunds and you will receive it,that's for sure.If you don't like the platform for other reasons just play elsewhere and keep the BS for yourself. Bad beats,downswings happen everywhere,it's part of the game,it's in the unwritten terms and conditions of poker,when you decide to play that's what you have to accept.you can either complain or improve your strategy and mindset and get back and start crushing. Oh well, since it's a long post, I will suggest one idea for the Unibet guys, with UOS coming up,to avoid all these rants and refunds,if attacks happen again,it would be cool to instant pause the games for a few minutes until everything is back on track,that way nobody loses their stacks,no refunds requests.ok,too much.good night:)

The frozen lobby happened to me like 8 times today,please look into it guys,it's not really great to restart the client when you have more than 6 mtts running

No,the pc app, and definitely not after 30 mins, i always check out the lobby to reg some mtts, it happened twice earlier today,but in the last 2 hours was ok,I'll let you know if it happens again

New bug after latest release, the client freezes,tables work fine ,but I can't click anywhere in the lobby,only if I restart the app

Hi,i got refunded for the mtts i played,a few cents less for some but nevermind,my issue is with the 500e falling star bounty, game#1201982292 ,5 e buyin and got refunded only 2.95 for that,even though i had almost starting stack, that doesn't seem fine

@Leo-Unibet hi, I am currently playing the 50 e superqualifier and just experienced the same problem others reported last uos. Had a decent stack than addon break , i hit the rebuy button with a ticket, and then the addon button with a ticket, no addon was added ,the addon button dissapeared and i guess also the ticket,not sure about that, anyway I don't think I'll have a chance now.what a bummer,can you guys look into it pls?it would be a shame if it would happen in a uos mtt and people cant add on.thank you

One suggestion I'd like to see happen is, making the ice giant bounty a re-entry,maybe just one, I think it will increase the guarantee,also won't tilt me when I bust early :)).Considering it's the only big bounty MTT/per week and it's a freezout doesntfeelgodman.

I disagree , the satties from the evening till late night started, i played over 25 yesterday on all buyins. I prefer playing with an addon ,deeper stacked on a single table, than investing just 5 for a 25 and playing vs 20 opponents and playing a shove fest in the last 10 like the last uos where they were all freezeouts. The majority yesterday even crushed the gtd, so even if you busted 4-5 you got back a 5 euro ticket so...I think its okay. The following weeks they will be played by even more players. But I understand his point, having a smaller BR you want to take shots at higher levels as cheap as you can, so maybe throw in also some freezeouts , so everybody can be happy

I am just curious,has anybody won a package via this promotions?or how many packs are per/promotion? Is it a number like 1-2 per promotion or is it just based on luck?I think it's good rakeback for small grinders a few BP here and there,or cash tix, but I just imagine seeing on the screen ,you won a package , would like to hear a story of that :D
