On my table the 3-4-5 bets pre were flying. I even 6bet pre to 399BB, with QQ. Perhaps too loose, but there were already two callers at 75BB😅

Hand I mentioned in one of the earlier posts. Nowhere close to 96% from yesterday, but was equally brutal due to the size of it:

 

Overall ok day, but Im very sad about wasting one in the lifetime opportunity for avatar and ending with two 2nds. In first one I had a chance to win it all, but lost TT < KJ all in and then the rest Ax < AA. In second also lost flip to win it all 44 < A9 and then Rushbie finished me (congrats, well played). 

Nice spiking that 9 to take out my A10 with your 910 😄 Maybe I should fold river...

The points system to find the winner was a bit much. Think I got around 30-40 points overall in the 2euro buy-in section, but it seems that might not be enough, so I will stop the calculations 😄 

I was 100% sure I had won the bad beat section however, after flopping top set, then opponent get runner runner straight with 74 vs KK on K75 board, but then I found out it was in the wrong tournament 😄 A bad beat in the bad beat.

I guess the hand won't win anything. But I think it deserves a mention. Not the least after the guy opens to 2BB with 74s, gets a 16 and 31BB reraise in his face, and calls to see the flop with 2BB behind 😄 

Then spikes the 3% runner runner on the turn/river. Only seen on Unibet 😉 

I quite liked the tournament, but think the structure could have been a bit faster....

In this case, the poker team has no control over how the sportsbook presents games and I don't know how it looked at the time to know if it was clear that some games were play-in and some were play-off. Some of the responsibility does fall on the customer here to ensure the bet their placing is going to qualify for a promotion but we should also be more aware of situations like this and made sure all possible events that a customer could consider part of the promotion are included.

Obviously we could have given all play-in bets a ticket but that would be unfair for all the players that did place a play-off bet as they'd have to play in larger field freeroll even though they followed the T&Cs.

yes, fair enough, although I think many of those who followed T&Cs were just luckier, when placing the bets.

the way I did it was just to click on NBA and place a bet on the first available match(never heard of play-in’s before 😅)

Hey!

Ive been playing some Unibet Live qualifiers, as I have a hope of qualifying for the Malta Live tournament later in the year.

But now, one of the tickets has turned out to be a 'Unibet Live Seat Only' ticket, where the only possible tournament it qualifies for is The Unibet Live Deepstack Tournament in Dublin (which is happening very soon).

I have zero chance of attending this, so it seems like I have a 50€ ticket that's more or less worthless. Is there any chance of changing this into a 50 Unibet Live ticket instead?

It is very confusing when in different qualifying tournaments we can sometimes win tickets for Unibet live, that can be used to qualify for many possible tournaments, and then this Unibet Live Only ticket (with only 14 days expiry), which can only be used on a very specific event.

I agree it wasn't the best that there were both play-in and play-off games on the same weekend the promotion ran. I expect Seb wasn't aware either when we asked the sportsbook team for the event codes that would trigger a ticket. 

You were sent the email, along with a number of other customers, in error. It was an email that was supposed to go out to customer that had placed a qualifying bet but had not registered the tournament last Monday.

And your conclusion was the people who played at play-in games shouldn't get a ticket??? Even saying that you didn't even know yourself that there were both play-in and play-off games that weekend. Thats a bit ridiculous. I made this bet in the hopes of getting a ticket to this free roll.

Btw, when you click on NBA in the betting section at unibet, I doesnt say anything about whether a game is a play-off or play-in game. 

I think most people will have no clue about the difference, hence youre likely to get a lot of people betting on the wrong games, thinking they qualified for the betting freeroll.

1. Players that used their alias in the final last Sunday will receive a prize based on their finishing position. The T&Cs were clear that playing with a community alias was a requirement to be eligible for the added value in the final so players that did not follow that rule will not be receiving their prize.

2. As the T&Cs were not clear regarding whether you needed to use a community alias in order to receive a ticket after finishing top 3 in a series event, a second final will take place on Wed 13th April at 20:00 CEST. The list below will be used for ticket crediting so only players that used their community alias when reaching top 3 in an event will be included in the 2nd final. If you do not see your alias on this list and believe you finished top 3 in an event and used your community alias and/or the number of tickets looks wrong, let me know before Wednesday 17:00 CEST so I can check it.

If you do not use your community alias for the 2nd final and you finish in a prize position, you will not receive your prize and remaining players below you will move up once position on the results.

The 2nd final will have the same structure as the 1st one. It will also have the same prizes, enjoy the extra value.

Great! Awesome promo guys. Regarding not using community Nick in the final, I think a lot of people simple missed this(a lot of fine print😝). As the tournament started when I wasnt online, I simply didnt get the chance to change to the community Nick before it started🙈
