@Dujs Recorph raised the issue with our casino department, who has since then made a request with the provider who makes the game to look into it. Usually these requests take 2 days to a week for us to get back, depending on how busy they are with cases. I apologize that I can't give a more specific and preferably a shorter timeline, but we have seen these take around a week or a bit longer to get back to us in the past, so I want to be upfront that it could be a little while before we have an update. /Jeppe

@wwaanneess It does sound very frustrating with the conflicting information from your bank and Visa. We always advise to contact the bank for this information, and it's actually the first time I've heard of it not being available on an active account, even though it's an old card. Honestly, I thought they were compelled legally to keep such information when you're a customer there. Sorry to hear about the troubles, I hope it can be cleared up soon. /Jeppe

@TDW Unfortunately it wasn't possible to create a parallel calendar promotion for Belgians that would follow the new legislation. The most important for us in this process is to follow the rules for the market we're operating in, and as such the focus is to make sure we're being compliant and not issuing promotions that doesn't work within the new rules. Sorry for the troubles @SCOBY, though I don't believe this was a promotion exclusive to community members. There were problems with the registration for the events and Leo gave a compensation for everyone involved as mentioned in his post a few above(we'll do something as well for the members who wrote here and were affected by it as well). It's never good when there are technical difficulties on a promotion and I understand the disappointment, so to try and make up for the people affected here in the thread will get a community ticket for the Community Poker league, I hope it helps. /Jeppe

I'm a bit torn on how I feel about this one, and would like to ask, in your opinion what should have been the bet description for you to be aware that it was the bet as an outright for the whole event? The reason I ask, is that the same way you say it was clearly stated to be odds for a single match, it is also stated that this bet settles on the 29th - which I would interprit as being for the whole event - or else a late settlement wouldn't make sense. /Jeppe
