If there's anything that you particularly like, if there's something you don't like - anything goes really, we just want it to be honest and sincere feedback 👍 There'll be a seperate thread for it opening up in the weekend, where we'll also put up some information about the new game :) @DoktorAvalanche That's such a funny comment considering the game we're about to try 😃 @GR1ZZL3R I've always enjoyed bingo, an even chance vs everyone else and if you're missing just one ball it's like trying to squeze out aces in a live poker flip :) I think for most people, if they wrote down 3 things they don't like about regular online bingo, this game will hit on at least 2 of those.

Next week we're introducing a new bingo product to Unibet, a new kind of game not seen before within the bingo sphere and something I personally think will bring about a great contrast to the regular bingo games generally known in the world of bingo :) We'd like for members on here to test it out and bring us some honest feedback, both good and bad. Smooth accusation there @XY that I made up an incident - I have three text messages between 12.20ish and 13.00ish CET. One stating this exact issue happening for a lot of players, one stating that it seems resolved and last one not long after stating that the issue is resloved but remains under observation for another hour by out tech team. As a general issue it's definitely something to look in to. When you say it happens "more often than not", is that truthful? Like, do you have to refresh for most of the time to see the bets after entering the page? :)

Hi @badegakk85 and welcome to the community! It's correct that it's not possible to get a bonus through the live chat, it's something that we don't do anymore and haven't for a while now. Instead, all bonuses are added directly on the account, for the most part automatically. Including cash back from last months play, I see that you've received three bonuses so far this month - is that correct on your end? Your comment about being told on the live chat or in email that you're nagging them, or you don't get a reply, doesn't sound good. Do you remember times/days where this has happened? I'd like to follow up on that because it doesn't sound like a good experience. And just for good measure: I had to edit your post a bit, as it's against community guidelines to promote competitors in this kind of context. /Jeppe

@Lime I wish I had a time frame on it, but as there's no confirmation from the NHL on a timeframe I don't have it either. I sent the link for an article claiming the Vegas Knights as winners, as well as the video conference of the NHL comissioner stating that the regular season is over to the Sportsbook, but they came back and said the winners still aren't announced officially, and as mentioned, that they're in direct contact with the NHL about it. I think they're still dealing with the chance that the season might still get cancelled all together and thus there'll be no official division winners. If we voided all the divisonal bets and the winners were announced officially later, then we'd have to pay out out the winners or else we would't be holding up our end of the contract(T&C) on the bets. I don't consider it an issue that "the NHL has higher priorities to deal with". They're a big company and can handle multiple things at once, and they're aware that thousands of bets worldwide are settled on the basis of the results they announce. Lastly, me announcing that I'll issue Free Bets for season bets placed in connection to a community promotion is a seperate issue than dealing with the settlements of the bets themselves and they do not really relate. The promotion is mine and I can issue more Free Bets around it if I feel it's appropiate, but when it comes to the bets themselves, I can't change the Sportsbook Terms and Conditions. /Jeppe

@kullfitre The division winners will be based on the official results, so whoever the NBA announces as division winners will be the ones from which the bets are settled. As per our rules in the Terms and Conditions, stating that season winner bets are dependent on the official result declared by the sportsbody, I'm afraid those doesn't change even though the season has been cut short. /Jeppe

@Joco and everyone else, I'm not sure we'll be able to get season bets voided that were placed as part of a Community promotion, so instead I'm going to issue new Free Bets to make up for the season being cut short. It's quite a time consuming thing to get through though, not helped with Jami having his mother visiting as well(family time much deserved :) ) I'll do my best to get the new Free Bets sent out tomorrow and Friday! /Jeppe

Hi and welcome to the community @Martin1969! I've edited your headline, as the previous one didn't really have anything to do with the content of your post. I appreciate you writing here and I can relate to feeling frustrated about flops and boards not going one's way, but I guarantee you that when it comes to "rigging" games or whatever, we do nothing of the sort. The people who works in our poker team(and you'll find quite a few of them active here on the community) are real people and actually really nice guys. They have no interest in developing a poker product that somehow cheats people out of their money. Also, given how small of a percentage of our revenue comes from the poker product, it would be very stupid to risk our gaming licenses by doing what you describe as your theory on our sitn'gos. /Jeppe

@Lime That goes for any bet which is voided, that if it's part of a parlay, the remaining bets on the coupon still remain active at the odds to which they were placed. I can check up on if there should be any kind discrepancy on these bets, but I don't believe it to be the case.

@kullfitre The announcement and final decision on NBA divison winners would have to come from the Adam Silver and the NBA itself. There'd be no reason to cancel the divison winners bets, unless they fully cancel the season without declared team winners. We're awaiting this confirmation and my feeling is it won't come until what remains of the season has been completed. Bets that were already decided since the opposition doesn't have the chance of catching up, you're right that those should be settled on the basis of the result - I believe these bets have already been settled on this basis. I agree 100% that it should be a fair outcome, which is also why I've been asking for opinions on what you guys think is fair in a situation like this!

@Livertool We're awaiting the confirmation of the divisional winners, but as for the stats, they are on site and based on the games already played. You're right, the NBA season bets stand until a winner or found or the season is potentially cancelled fully, in that case they'll be voided as well. I'm going to issue a Free Bet for everyone who placed a bet for the LA Lakers or 3pt record promotion, I think that's the best course of action here. We have a new back office in place though and I'm awaiting approved access(hopeful that will complete today) before making the change. /Jeppe
