  1. Real sorry about that it's taking long @Mdh300 , I've checked the case and we're just waiting to hear back from the games supplier. I have seen us waiting around a weeks time in some cases like this in the past, but I'll check with the Customer Support department if we can try and push it a bit. /Jeppe
  2. Welcome to the community @Nick66 and apologies for the error! The deduction shouldn't have been applied, it's been fixed now and the full winnings added to your account. One of our members here one the community runs a free to play horse racing competition by the way, in case you're ever interested you can check it out here: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Community-Promotions/Horse-Racing-Competition-by-CharismaMan/td-p/312706 /Jeppe
  3. Very nice @Joco šŸ‘ No need for worry about not using the Sportsbook app, the topics on the board will be with pictures and videos that show's the concepts we're looking at - they haven't even been built yet. There might be something to try out in the future, but for now we'll start off with the football data project and see how it goes :)

Will be interesting to see the next couple of games, both series should be pretty good and the Boston - Heat game 1 was no disappointment :) Very torn on the first game of Denver and LA, you're so right that the Lakers(and historically Lebron) lose most of game 1's, but at the same time I can see Denver being quite deflated mentally after putting in all that effort into what they just achieved winning 3 straight vs the Clippers. They might need a re-set, a similar situation to their game 1 vs the Clippers, where they lost by 23 shortly after a game 7 vs Utah as well. Rooting for LA, I'm hopeful anyways :)
  5. @Rushbie @Rushbie Awesome, will be great to have you guys there :) I'm not sure if it's all described a bit too serious in the OP, but I feel there are quite a few members here who would enjoy being part of this feedback/discussion group - so am hopeful we'll get some more signups :)
  6. While we probably don't have extraterrestrial technology at Unibet, what we do have is a great innovation team called Futures, who are always looking for potential technological additions to provide a better overall gaming experience! As you guys are the players, we'd really like to hear what you think about some of our potential future changes for the Sportsbook. We're talking design, live betting information, betting markets and so on. We're glad to present this opportunity to join our closed Sportsbook testing and feedback group here on the community called Area 51, a pretty cool opportunity to help shape where the Unibet Sportsbook experience goes in the future, something we know you guys have asked for  Some of the information is a bit delicate in nature, so members who want to join this project will be asked to agree to an NDA. Thereafter you'll have access to our Area 51 board where Keir, Open Innovations Manager of the Futures team, will start the group off by presenting some concept mock ups and the ideas around them. The first specific project we're looking into is about exploring what data in football might look like in 2-3 years. This goes beyond the normal corners, free kicks, possession etc. to explore what kind of metrics would improve the player experience whilst using the Unibet app to bet in-play on football. If you're interested, please let us know here in the thread or through private message :) So far, the following members are taking the opportunity to be part of the group: @Rushbie @jerry @Joco @AndreiBN @CharismaMan @XY @gyepedro @Pesek @HonorTheGame @GothMoth
  7. @Dennis__ I don't disagree with you on that at all, it's just as company there's no way we can get involved on this level and I'm glad you understand. Any advice I could give, is a also already mentioned by someone else in the 2+2 thread as lots of people have experienced something similar in the past. I just hope it all works out for everyone, really.
  8. I see your point @Livertool , but I think it opens up a whole new can of worms. We don't facilitate staking deals between players, not through the client or the community either, so really this is a discussion of an agreement made between two people(where one has decided to take it public). If we were to take action on the basis of what is writen on a seperate site where we can't even verify who the persons writing are, it would basically make it possible for people to harass others and getting Unibet to do the job on their behalf. E.g if you have a problem with someone you know play on Unibet, just go to 2+2 and call them a scammer so Unibet can shut down their account until certain documents are received and approved. Would that be likely to happen? No, but it could be done and we need to safeguard against it. I can appreciate wanting to notify others so they can avoid potentially getting scammed as well, but we've never facilitated staking here(though it was suggested a long time ago) and won't in the future either. I've probably read around a hundred scam threads through the years, and even though I realize quite a few staking projects end up positive overall(I've staked a few friends myself in the past), I'd never give money to someone I don't know personally and I don't suggest anyone else to do it either.
  9. @Livertool What's the context? Do you have a link perhaps? :)
  10. @Treehugs So all the slots from this supplier doesn't work for you? I'd like it if we could get this working for you without having to buy a pc!! Which phone are you trying from?
  11. Very nice @AndreiBN , if the winner is here tonight we'll credit right away šŸ‘ Congrats @SCOBY on yesterdays win :popeye:šŸ‘
  12. @Livertool Please at least tell me that there was no issue getting the password throught the chat at least? We're passing the feedback along to Customer Support about this change, though if it is through security reasons due to the zip feeling being needed, the change might just be proper procedure ;) Was there an issue with the chat itself for you? /Jeppe
  13. Sorry guys, but we're having problem with the internet here in Malta, I think it's one of the main providers here that are having the issue, though not fully sure. https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Service-Announcements/Connection-issues-30-8-20/m-p/347678 Please do post if you have situations that need to be looked at for a compensation. /Jeppe
  14. I have never seen it actually executed, but people do try from time to time :)
  15. @wwaanneess Everything looks good on the documents, except the last one missing, which is a picture of your ID. Upload that and you should be well on your way :)
  16. @Livertool Sorry for the inconvenience, but yes that is a new procedure in Customer Support that it goes through, not a different department per sƩ, but a different section of CS. Do you need them fast? I'd be hopeful that the query has already been done, but I'll push it if not.
  17. @Sandy I was trying to figure out if you tried to place the bet again after the 1st stake was rejected and whether or not that stake was rejected as well. It can definitely happen that our traders don't take anymore in stake on certain bets, that's market limits and if you bet frequently there's a good chance it will occur at some point. Have you had problems with placing other bets as well? You've started the thread and said we treat you like scum and that we should be reported for fraud, on the basis of a rejected Ā£20 stake. While I do understand why you're frustrated on missing out those winnings, you're implying that we would somehow know the winner beforehand and that we are somehow messing with you personally. I can't agree with this statement. Let me ask you this, in your opinion, what would be an proper solution on this for you? You've mentioned that we should add money on your account for lost bets in the past, but that just doesn't seem sensible to me as your previous play isn't connected to this bet.
  18. @Sandy I'm sorry you don't want my reply, but since you're writing on our public platform, you'll have to deal with the fact that all members of the community can chime in, inluding myself. You are welcome to use our 1 to 1 live chat if it's more comfortable for you. Just for good measure like @FunckyFish asks as well, did you try and place the bet more than one time? If an odds change is happening before the bet is placed, it could lead to that bet being refused. I can have our Sportsbook check if there were any placement issues happening at the time and your account as well, I'll create that case and let you know what we hear back. The Sportsbook is definitely not trying to goad you and change in pricing for sure isn't happening on the basis of one player attempting to place a Ā£20 bet. I understand how you saw the price change happening in real time after your bet attempt was rejected, but it's coincidental timing as prices can change quite often as I'm sure you're aware. Make the statement that I'm trying to defend the indefensible all you want, but odds changes happen all the time and it has nothing to do with us thinking you are scum or anything like that :)
  19. @Sandy Though I understand your frustration on not being able to place the bets you'd like, I can't relate that having a bet rejected is to "be treated like scum". The idea of trying to win back what is lost also doesn't coincide with responsible gambling, as we'd never want for any player to play for more than what they consider to be fun. But like I said, I do understand why you'd like to be able to place your bets without any sort of trouble and as such @ReCorpH is inquring with our Sportsbook about potential market limitations. Sorry for giving the information about he possiblity of sending bets for a manual check, while it works for most of our bet offerings, the feature isn't available on horse racing bets. /Jeppe
  20. @Sandy What were you trying to bet on, where the stake was denied? When it happens, there should be an option to send the proposed bet for a manual check at the Sportsbook - usually completed within 15 minutes - did you try this? /Jeppe
  21. Hi @Teamautomester and welcome to the community! Could I get you to try again and let me know of any error? I believe there's been an issue with the site here between 21:30 to 22:00 causing issues for some players, apologies! If it's not related to this, could you please take a screenshot of the error and either post or send it to me in a private message?
  22. Thanks a lot @jerry :) @Luk121 Your bet wason Asian Total for Over 5.75 was settled with the odds of 1.42 and not 1.83 because the customer Won Half of the market. The customer placed his bet on Over 5.75, in which the stake is divided into 2 equal bets and placed on the outcomes of 5.50 and 6.00. It's described in theTerms and Conditions of Section B.2.9: "Handicap" is where it is possible to bet on whether the chosen outcome will be victorious once the listed handicap is added/subtracted (as applicable) to the match/period/total score to which the bet refers to. In those circumstances where the result after the adjustment of the handicap line is exactly equal to the betting line, then all bets on this offer will be declared void. Example: a bet on -3.0 goals will be declared void if the team chosen wins the match by exactly 3 goals difference (3-0,4-1, 5-2, etc). Any reference in this section to the term ā€œmarginā€ is intended to be understood as the outcome emerging from the subtraction of the goals/points scored by the 2 teams/participants. Unless otherwise stated all handicaps listed on [the Operator] site are to be calculated based on the result from the start of the listed match/period to the end of the specified match/period. It is however customary that for certain handicap bet offers in specific sports (Asian Handicap in Football), only the outcomes obtained from the time of bet placement until the end of the listed timeframe will be taken into consideration, thus disregarding any goals/points scored before the time the bet was placed and accepted. Any bet offer with these characteristics will be clearly displayed on site and highlighted in the punterā€™s Bet History with the score at the time of bet placement Asian Handicap: Team A (-1.75) vs Team B (+1.75) Example: Team A is given a -1.75 goal handicap in the match. This means that the stake is divided into 2 equal bets and placed on the outcomes -1.5 and -2.0. For the bet to be fully paid out at the listed odds, Team A must win the match with a bigger margin than both of their listed handicaps (ie. 3 goals or more margin). In the eventuality that Team A wins with only a 2 goal margin, the bet will be considered as partially won with a full payout on the -1.5 part of the bet and a refund on the -2.0 side since the outcome on that part of the bet would be considered a ā€œtieā€. Should the match produce any other outcome, including a Team A victory with only 1 goal of margin, the whole stake would be lost. Best regards, Jeppe
  23. Hi @Cityzen21 and welcome here on the community :) There was a Rule 4 deduction on the bet, @DoktorAvalanche has been kind to put up an explanation for it not too long ago, please see the thread here: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Betting-and-Sports/Rule-4-deductions/m-p/343768#M43479 I hope that helps explain why this happens sometimes, but please do let us know if you have any more questions around this. Best regards, Jeppe
  24. @WileyHack Ok so the bet was placed 5 seconds after the game started, and following our rules it's been voided: "As per our rule under A.5.6.a.i where as: __Furthermore, all bets placed (and/or accepted) in the following circumstances will be declared void: a. Pre-match betting Betting effected after the event has started;" While the Sportsbook have to stick with the rules for this settlement, we'd like to solve it as best we can for you here through the community. But first I have to ask, what was the deal with placing and cashing in the same bet just a couple of minutes prior to placing the one which ended up voided?
