  1. Sorry for the wait @Lime and @kullfitre , please see the reply here, it covers seasonal bets in general on US sports. /Jeppe
  2. No worries @ChuckBassPoker, the reason I wanted to do the call first is that I don't have the greatest of news as the decision we've made is the one you were worried about. This is what we got from our Sportsbook about the different bets: We have settled the following markets based on the outcomes deriving from current standings: • Top Goal/Point Scorer in the league and for each team • Best finishing position in the Regular Season between Team X and Team Y – This will be settled where both the average points per team and total points per team do not conflict on NHL.com. For instances where there is a conflict bets will be void. We do not have a rule stating a minimum number of games should apply. • Awards as confirmed by NHL.com We have settled the following markets as VOID, unless the total has been reached already: • Over/Under Total Points/Goals of Player X • Over/Under Team Total Points in the Regular Season The following term applies: Settlement of bets will not include any changes deriving from and/or attributable to, but not limited to: disqualifications, penalisations, protests, sub judice results and/or successive changes to the official result after the event has been completed and a result has been announced, even preliminarily. For bets referring to competitions which span over more than 1 round/stage (E.g,:.Season Bets), only amendments effecting bets which settlement has not been decided yet will be taken into consideration. Such measures must be announced by the governing association before the last scheduled round/stage will be considered. Any changes effected after this date, or else referring to bets which have already been settled based on events happening during the event/competition will not be considered. We will be settling this when an official statement has been released by the NHL as to the winners of each Division. We are in contact with the NHL to confirm if there is an official announcement for divisional winners. If not, bets will be void. ---------------- I realize there's a statement made that the NHL season is already over, but the division winners have not officially been announced yet as per the above. The issue for us is that if we don't settle on the basis of our rules, that we follow the official results, I believe we'd be legally liable when voiding what would be winning bets - so we've decided to settle the bets each way in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Even though the regular season is incomplete, the official stats are the ones that are on NHL.com now and they're the ones that'll be the years from now when you look up official numbers from this season. /Jeppe
  3. Not a broken record at all @ChuckBassPoker, I got the confirmation on this today and I'll give you a ring tomorrow as well posting further here. There's quite a bit to go over and I want to find as good or a solution as possible for this. /Jeppe
  4. @kölahfklashak I'm not completely following what the issue is, isn't it a good thing that we now have slots with a payback percentage as high as 98,5? :)
  5. @Lime I understood that you weren't pushing for anything in your OP, but just a clarification. I'm curious to hear your personal opinion though(as long as it's unbiased 😃), how do you feel would be the best way to deal with these season bets from our side?
  6. @Lime Your assumption is correct, the reason these haven't been settled yet is because the regular season has not completed and thus the final regular season standings are not yet available for our Sportsbook to settle bets from. There's another member on here who's questioned if that is the correct way to go in terms of settlement, so we're pushing the Sportsbook a bit to clarify for us why we are doing it the way we are. We'll keep you updated! /Jeppe
  7. @ChuckBassPoker Can I give you a call on the number you have registered on your Unibet account?
  8. Sorry for the delay on the payout @karchado, glad to see it was fixed though! Please do let us know if you experience something similar in the future, it's usually rare, but a late settlement can happen from time to time. /Jeppe
  9. Sorry about that @DoktorAvalanche - we'll have to make it up to you somehow!
  10. Sorry for the error on this @GillesDS, it can happen every once in a while that it's settled incorrectly until we have it corrected. I'm happy that it was changed for you to the correct result, thanks for posting here! /Jeppe
  11. @callumlew2255 Not sure what happened exactly since it was taken back for a while, apologies! I do see that the bet was settled as a winner :) /Jeppe
  12. @Peadar Sorry for the very late response! Would it be possible for you to please post the coupon ID of the bet? /Jeppe
  13. Pretty cool @FreedoM and best of luck :) A question, just of out of curiosity: How come you've decided to play both SNGs and MTTs, instead of sticking with one of those game types?
  14. Obviously we're not adding bots to our poker freerolls, but nonetheless this is pretty damn funny  @Lucky7levin I guess the thing about using theory from solvers, is that they're dependent on other people using at least part of the same theory?
  15. Telia has a bonus channel on their cable network here that shows only e-sports. They don't do it on a 24/7 basis, but some of the big tournaments ( ESL Road to Rio for example ) was being broadcasted all day every day throughout the tournament with finnish commentary and previews and reviews pre and after the matches. Quite a good production really. 👍 Telia also has a Finnish e-sports series that they obviously also show on the same channel live whenever there are matches being played. It's interesting to see it progressing and becoming more and more professional all around. Personally I enjoy the broadcasts, but it's a bit much for me to pay attention to the playerview and mini-map at the same time in order to understand what's happening in the round. In Denmark, there's actually also a channel called "Esports" and runs kind of like you mention, sometimes but not all big events. The CS:go specifically through is shown on a well known channel not dedicated to Esports.
  16. @ChuckBassPoker Sorry man, I've been going through the different bets. Am I correct that there's only one unsettled divison winner standing at the moment? I see a few of what I think are conference bets as well, but am not sure that I'm translating them correctly? The rest looks to be settled as either won or lost, but let me know if I'm missing any and I'll raise them for settlement manually through the arguments made in this thread. /Jeppe
  17. Do you guys have the possibility to watch Esports on TV where you're from? Or does it all happen online through Twitch? I've been able to catch Danish TV channel recently, they show CS:GO matches on one channel quite often, with a studio setup and everything - it's pretty cool :)
  18. @kullfitre We had a couple of NBA season bets promotions happening at the start of the season on the community, here and here, I initally thought you were referring to bets relating to one of these which is what I meant with "bets placed to take part" - that's my mistake, apologies. The overall issue is a bit complex, while I agree with you personally that the ending of the NBA season is so structurally different that all bets should potentially be voided, the problem that arises is in regards to how we always settle bets, which is depending on the official results from the sports body in question. For this, that would be the NBA, who's decided to finish their season and find a winner. Since this is how we always settle our bets, the problem with voiding all bets is that we'd then end up essesentially taking money from players who had bets that turned out to be winners based on the official results from the NBA. E.g if I had a bet on the Lakers to win at odds 5.5 because I placed it early before the season started. If I all of the sudden got a message saying my bet had been voided, because the season is different from what we usually see, I'd be very frustrated if the Lakers actually end up winning and I'd definitely complain and point out that voiding the bet went against our own rules. Where it's at now is that we're settling all bets which has already been determined, e.g divisional winner bets where the team is out of range to make it. There's also still a chance that the NBA season actually does end up being cancelled, it can happen if lots of players start testing positive while they go through the final stage of the season.
  19. @kullfitre Welcome to the community :) We can have a look, but the bets we were looking to get voided are the ones made for a promotion here on the community, since they had to be placed in order to take part. That makes them stand out a bit compared to regular bets, in terms of what we can try and request. Just want to be sure about the communicaiton, is this the first time you contact us about the bets? Best regards, Jeppe
  20. Good looking out @Andy-Unibet, I agree that it's quite common to see the alias copying on the tables, I believe it started out as a joke and has been mentioned in a few threads here over time :)
  21. Taking it back for you 😃 GG, I ran fairly well @whereisrivaldo @HonorTheGame 😃
  22. @HonorTheGame Noep, it keeps giving an error at the end.
  23. Oh wow, thought I had the alias changed :scared: I'm iuyiuyiuyiuy ❤️
  24. @BillyR23 @GR1ZZL3R @Livertool @Merenitsu @Argevolen It should be good fun, definitely looking forward to it no matter the game or setup :) I agree with you @GR1ZZL3R about the community league, the numbers have been relatively good and steady, but it would be more fun with a place for quicker interaction like the Twitch chat. @Stubbe-Unibet I was thinking if we should try and get the old community Twitch channel going, hosting members there for the community league(and possibly other tournaments) would be pretty cool. It seems a bit more people are accustomed to streaming now as well, compared to a few years ago :)
