The Community Freeroll at 19:00 is going to be played in a bit different format than usual, so if people could start coming to the tournament area around 18:45 or so, it would be just great :) To put it simply, we're going to play in pairs, meaning two people for every stack - so each table will be with 5 stacks maximum and 10 people :) The pairs will be random and we'll draw for them before the tournament, hence why I'd be great if people are there 20-15ish minutes before we're scheduled to start.   5. The Malta Unibet Open event is under way and day 1B is in full swing with day 1C running this evening as well. We'll try and catch up with members who make it to day two and provide updates from the weekend, but anyone is of course welcome to post any kind of update at any time they'd like :) For the community freeroll tomorrow, I think all members who are here have their name on the list, so to join you must register at the registration desk prior to the event.   10. @A_bexell @ebitdaddy Last update I have is that issues with poker and bingo not working is still being investigated by Relax, that's 15 minutes old - have definitely not heard anything about a hack or breach of security. /Jeppe

  14. Please put any reny refund for a crashed tournament related to tonights poker client crash in the thread here. There's no need to post the alias you were playing with, but please do mention the tournament(s) you were in while the client froze. /Jeppe
  15. Apologies everyone, but unfortunately the poker client isn't working at the moment and it's been reported to the developers. There isn't much we can do at the moment but to try and restore the connection, though I know it's very frustrating especially getting towards the end of tournaments.If tournaments were in payout hands, we've done ICM calculations in the past to divide the payouts. As someone mentioned, let's try and not push on customer support - the matter is already reported and will be looked at soon as possible. Is there anyone who has connection either through the client or the online play site?

  17. @TDW We'll definitely adress this and have it fixed, thanks for the screenshot - it is indeed correct that we have a filter against Dutch words, we're required to do so for the time being 😃 In terms of compensation, I feel something should be given here as time was spent making it an easy fix for us - would a €10 bonus be fair?
  18. @Jensr We're currently experiencing problems with the live betting section, and it's exactly as you describe - greyed out for a lot of players. We're really sorry about this, our sportsbook team is already looking into fixing it! /Jeppe
  19. @0dividedby0 I have it active as well on my test account which is connected to Unibet.com, so I'm fairly certain that the game has been removed from actives in your country. We'll try and dig up some information as to why, but usually when this happens it's due to certain features within the game not being allowed in some countries due to local regulation.   20. @cris1285 Interesting and I partially agree :) I can appreciate the tactics, skill and dedication needed to succeed in the game and enjoy watching it from time to time, probably also because I've played a bit of CS 1.6 :), but I think you are right on the money in that the games are way too long and it needs change to be a better experience to watch!

The reason I ask is that when I check, I cannot find it in the available promotions on your local Unibet site. I'll definitely check up on this and have it fixed if possible, but I'd need to know the answer to the question I asked please :) /Jeppe
