NO REBUY option in a REBUY tournament.

Although we were in the rebuy period I was kicked out without the option (I had a ticket for that tournament that is useless now, can't be used anymore).

Re-entry format, rebuys aren't available yet, can confirm that I didn't get the option to re-entry either in the 4€ ... no extra tickets for me so issue here :)

New features/bugs in todays version.

Tournament filter view. Can't filter freerolls, slider max can't be set to zero. Had to type €0.01 as max to work.

But then. "Remember my filters" checked, forgets them anyway. This is frustrating.

Why, why, why???!!! 😠

Why did you updated again the client? Everything was great for me after the first update from the end of January but now after the update that I made today, everything works like s...t. Thank God that I just entered at NL4 cash tables since I somehow felt that this last update was going to do no good for me.

I opened my standard 8 tables and started playing. After 3 minutes of play my first table frozed after folding on turn raise. All the other tables were stil running normal I guess. I tried to click all over the place on that table but nothing, went to the lobby and after some time everything crashed and I had to close the client.

I logged in again, all of the tables reopened and after some other minutes of play I wanted to rebuy on some of the tables. Guess what?! Rebuy is not working at all. I can't rebuy at any table...WTH man?! I never had this kind of problems with your poker client until now. I still had chips at all of my tables so I don't know if rebuy is working if I loose an entire stack.

After struggleing with the rebuy option for a couple of minutes I decided to quit my session and something enjoyable instead. 😠

Can someone explain what is happening?

Having some issues with the client(not just the latest update). All my tables suddenly freeze as if i was disconnected from the internet, although my web browser works just fine. I try to restart the game very quickly, but half the times I log in there is a problem and the log in window becomes gray and nothing happens and i have to restart the client untill it works. By the time i get in, all my hands are folded and the rebuy button doesn't work. Happened twice today in like 2 hours, and also a few times in the last week and it is very unpleasent. Hopefully you will fix these problems with the client soon, so that i can fully enjoy playing here.

Hi, when playing in browser i get lot of crashes.

I have tried pc version, but it opens black and login details goes up left corner and flashes there. Any solution for this problem? I have old pc. Here are my dxdiag.

Hi GUys i am so sorry to read that, last night i played HU and i the software crashed, i thought was disconnected but i realise that i couldn't press anything thing than you see the green screen loading to connect again and asking you  again to log in.

 

SO this software had a new update, good to know.

The worse thing is i report it to the support and they told me that it was my fault as the other player was not having any problems. They said was my internet fault. So i spoke to them for one hour!  And i never lost  the connexion however during the 50 minutes i played it crashed more than 9 times!  I am so upset, this guy said he will pass me to their poker team ! I can tell do not play many money at the same time on this software until everything is fixed. This is good as there is not lot of players and nice for fun, but it is not nice experience at all to try to play in this conditions... the worse part  when i played my last HU 25 euros, i had AA i want to play the hand but no i saw the software folding my hand! That was so hard to see... no AA all night and when i have it i can't even play it! Now if i play it is 10 euros max, but if they don't refund me about last night i will just go away and you should do the same or just focus on betting.

After last update buy-in doesn't work when I get a seat after been on the waiting list. The money bar just don`t move and is very very difficut to open new tables.

And why you think there isn't an Add table button ? Because more honest solution would be to just limit the number of tables, like some sites long ago did ?
But then Head of poker would have trouble marketing his personal brand as a Poker Expert. Cause then his 2+2 kids who he gives banzai tickets for telling what an Expert he is, would also turn on him ? And he will definitely be out of work, anywhere, after UB ?

Still:
-Only UB doesn't work, on solid laptops.
-When playing from browser (only laptop option), tournament tables sometimes open, sometimes don't.
-Wherever you manage to open them, tables don't jump to front.

But i will be glad to hear the list of improvements coming with new release and how everything is being fixed. Cause these are the issues only affecting advanced players, and we are the ones that do rake the most, right ??

You know why i even have the time to write this post ?
Cause i have nothing else to do while having to babysit two UB tables not to be sat out of my major hands when they dont jump to my action, in them. So it might just give me some more time to send these messages refined, very high in main UB, for tomorrow morning. Let's see how they feel about continuing to fund this bad joke and give it the UB brand.

Gentlemen if you would be Japanese everybody would be looking at you, with a lot tension in air there are things that would be expected from you to do to yourselves.

The buy-in filter should be fixed in end of February release.

Friday's release fixed runtime error, banners that were appearing in English for all markets and a bug causing the cash game tickets to only be usable if you had the equivalent balance in cash.

Our provider is currently looking at rebuys in cash tables. Do you know how to reproduce the issue?
