Chris-Unibet Posted February 7, 2017 Share Posted February 7, 2017 Impossible to rebuy on Cash tablesDevs have identified a problem where you can't rebuy if you close and reopen the client with active tables. That means that if you leave a table but you're still seating on it in the background (until you get kicked out) and join it again, @henrymorgan, I've passed your comment about it happening when you are on the waiting list then be seated on a new table but they think it's only happening if you restart when being in the waiting list. Would that make sense based on your experience? Crash or FreezeSome crashes or freeze are due to CPU lag on certain machines. A big improvement is expected with next release. I've passed the config that you've posted to the devs. For windows download client users, log file called Poker_log.txt located in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Unibet Poker can help identifying specific issues. When I get a table without being on the wait list everything is fine, I can buyin as normal. When I get a table after being on the waitlist for say more than a minute I can never buyin. I haven't heard it reported by anyone else, so if you're still experiencing it we need to report it to the poker team. Not being able to top-up after restarting client with active tables (crash and if you close after disc. will lead to this happening) 2. If you have been in waiting list for a while and table starts, buy-in dialogue comes up with €0 as buy-in and it can't be changed.The only way to buy in is to leave the table (Not just close while still sitting) and rejoin again. Thanks!There is one bug, dont know if reported.When i start closing tables, sit out and leave option. Chris-Unibet Posted February 8, 2017 Share Posted February 8, 2017 Regarding the Buy-in and Rebuy bug (see Kris-Unibet's post above for the details), it's happening often at high stakes because we have less liquidity and it therefore takes longer for tables to open which is when the bug occurs.
