You played two 25€ hexapros. First one launched 00:44:56. Its just a coincidence that you got your first hand dealt exactly same time as the second one starts. You got dealt two hands in 4 second difference, unlikely if its from 1 hexapro. But you also lost only 10 chips in both of these. Its only possible if you were sitting in a small blind.

@OmNomNom I also noticed those 4 seconds and there was definitely another Hex game in play at that time - 4sec in SB, 'no chance' it's the same game - 530pot in first case, so there was some action.

Well spotted @OmNomNom and @pinki I did wonder if one table didn't open properly, there have been murmerings about that, more of the history needs to be checked, probably two tables were running at the same time. :wonder:  It does show two payments of 25 within a few seconds of each other. Could one table have been exactly behind the first and by not playing the first hand he was left to sleep so the second table wouldn't pop up? :wonder:

Well thanks guys for your explanation so two hexa were played at the same time...thats crazy i dont understand i just pplay to one only because the other just not open i saw just one table but why in the poker history there is no hand at 0:44:56 the hour when my account was debited like the second that i played actually at 0:45:12??? thats a bit strange...

@GIO333 it is probably coincidental that the hours are identical - i mean 00:45:12.  Probably @ReCorpH  can confirm that the buy-in from the account is earlier than the first hand of the tournament and there is no point in comparing these two times - this is my technical guesswork :wonder:

@GIO333  i did test for you in Hexa:

16 seconds difference between tournament registration and first hand  👍

Hand at 00:45:12(hand history) is from first Hexa reged at 00:44:56 (account: transaction in poker) -

Following the trail:

Hand 00:45:26 (small blind) is from second Hexa reged at 00:45:12

Hand 00:45:30 (small blind) is from first reged Hexa at 00:44:56

Hi @GIO333,

The issue is with your connection and/or device. You've been informed multiple times over the last few years of this and it's been explained to you multiple times that no further refunds will be given. By using an unsupported operating system on a wi-fi connection you're greatly increasing the chances of connection issues.
