Thanks for you reply liv but, Firstly, I bet live and not in pre match so I couldn't cash out then, I didn't follow the match live I just looked at the score on another site where I discovered that it was a cup match...Afterwards what I don't understand is that they are justifying themselves by part of the T&C which has nothing to do with my problem... Hello everyone, I bet a substantial sum of 555.00 euros on a Chilean basketball match on December 21, 2023 at 10:58:22 p.m., when the bet was placed, the display of the match told me that it was a meeting of the Chilean national league... But after verification on my part... it turns out that this meeting was not a league meeting but rather a Chilean cup meeting... You know better than me since you work for a sports betting site, that in football as well as in basketball or in all other team sports that a league match and a cup match are given their context (the importance given or not by the coach, the turnover of the squad to rest major players or give playing time to young players or underused players...) can have completely different physiognomy... Isent several emails to Unibet but they told me that it indeed confirmed that there was an error on their part but referred me to the T&C. B.5.33 which concerns the naming of the teams but in no case the error in the naming of the event... For the recommendation, give me right away please the link on unibet site where you recommend it all, if you give it I won't claim what unibet owe me and I will delete my account, if not,please just give me back a 10 euros SIT N GO.

Last night around midnight I started a sit n go for 10 euros (see screenshot), I was able to play a hand and then suddenly the image froze and I was disconnected without possibility to reconnect (screenshots), I want to clarify that it is not a question of internet connection since I was playing online poker on another platform. Well thanks guys for your explanation so two hexa were played at the same time...thats crazy i dont understand i just pplay to one only because the other just not open i saw just one table but why in the poker history there is no hand at 0:44:56 the hour when my account was debited like the second that i played actually at 0:45:12??? thats a bit strange...

As i say iexplained my problem to the french/belgian support team and they say its maybe a connexion problem and they cant do anything and i ask how its connexion problem because as you can see on my screenshots in my poker history i dont have a hexapro of sit ngo at the time that i have been debited.... Nobody in this site can help me seriously , its normal to be debited for nothing ??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So Saturday i was debited of 25 euros (poker- retrait tournoi) certainly for a hexapro at 0:44:56 as you can see from my account history screenshot but as you can see from the poker history screenshots i never played hexapro or sit ngo at 0:44:56 AS you can see i played a hexapro at 0:45:12 AND as you can see i was debited and of course its absolutely normal for this hexapro.... hey everyone, first sorry for my bad english, im french... So i have a problem wit a bet, I wanted to bet on two basketball matches, a combination: an over between glasgow and lions and a handicap between promete and gipuzoka, I bet a sum of19 euros, when I therefore wanted to bet on these two meetings and i clicked on the bet button it was 7:47 p.m. ( i know exactly because my pc clock is just next of the bet tab) and when I pressed bet it was not done directly, the bet slip was spinning without the bet being placed so I saw at this moment that the meeting between promete and gipuzoka was in grey which means that we can no longer bet on the match and then this match has completely disappeared from live bets. So I thought to myself that the bet was going to be rejected as it often does and so I left the page thinking that the bet had not been placed but I have just discovered in my bets that the combination has all the same been placed but more than 30 seconds after pressing bet because the bet was placed at 7:48:25 ... thats a bit strange... So after that i contacted the french helpdesk by mail several times but they act like thats normal, thats not their fault and the act like a robot with only refer to the "second article about bet" blahblah, they never answer why the bet was placed so llong time after i pressed bet, why the match between these two teams disappear for betting in unibet...
