Who wants to look at my SNG stats?

Actually, I don't believe that this is the issue here. Whether x2 or x1,5 you lose money there anyway. You win that money back at these huge multipliers, but yeah this format is not for me.

I'm checking out the MTT schedule now. I'm wondering what the other Germans posting here are planning to do. Do they stay, do they split the MTTs with other poker sites?

Bigger multipliers brings the profit but since majority games are bottom ones, there is big difference do you have to win 3/6 vs 4/6 to keep br as level as possible while waiting higher multipliers and luck in those. But yeah, good decision to skip that test run sooner than later 😄

The issue with Hexanonos for me is that anyone playing is surely starting with a loss at the 1.5 multiplier level, having to win 67% just to stay level, surely not attainable by even the best players. I know that winning above 33% at higher multipliers is going to make the difference but everyone is starting with a handicap, losing at one level before making it up at higher ones. Isn't it like joining a €10 cash table but paying €1 to the house for the privelige before starting? I'd love to know what the break even % is.

Well, after getting violated (without lube) during the weekend playing the Hexabingos, I bought into my first MTTs for quite some time today. Some misses, some minor cashes and this:

Nice start to give me a little bit of a cushion.

No need to be sorry, sometimes you have to try some new things and sometimes you simply don't like what you see....No need to drag this out any further and damage my bankroll completely. Especially since I had nice results in the past playing MTTs "on the side" here.

Actually, I agree with you @GR1ZZL3R, some freezeouts without late reg would be nice but since I show up late anyway, I would play nearly everything except Omaha and bounties to get a little bit of volume in: Late reg, Rebuy+Addon, qualifiers, freezeout...I don't like to play rebuys, however if you late reg and buy the addon, it's very similar to just some regular tournament.

The problem is, the schedule for 2-5-10 Euro tournaments is pretty bad here, some of the best games happen after midnight (Fireball, Singularity) and the 5 Euro Gargle Blaster takes place at 7 AM. 😜 It would also be nice if there were some more generic qualifiers in that range. All I see is Supermoon and UO. But maybe @Leo-Unibet is on it, since there must be some Germans left that would like to play as well...#BringBack5EuroDeepSpaceFireball #BringBack4EuroStepItUps

@WuDu There are quite a few freezout tournaments a round the clock, is there any specific hour of the day you see a gap?
Thanks for your inputs!

@Leo-Unibet

I'm late-regging, so you have to look at it from that perspective. Also, I don't care about bounties.

Today I started at 7 PM CEST and all I got was a 1 Euro qualifier, Galaxy (5+5 Euro) and 2 Euro Singularity. Before Dark Matter and Zenith at 8:30 PM.

I mean, it's not so much about freezeouts, but there's really not much there at the 5 Euro level or 2+2 level from 7 PM on. Solar at 9:45 PM is the next 5 Euro game.

We're gonna win on so many levels! We're gonna win, win, win. You're gonna get so tired of winning, you're gonna say: "Mr. President please, we don't wanna win anymore, it's too much!" And I'm gonna say: "I'm sorry, we're gonna keep winning because we're gonna make America great again!"

@Leo-Unibet

Thanks for the list, but that basically underscores what I said before. Recreational players in the 2-5 Euro range, who practice bankroll management are getting the short end of the stick here. As I mentioned before, I don't play anything below 1 Euro, I don't play Omaha games and I don't play bounties, however these tourneys are making up most of the schedule:

 image.png.6370b0f605a1328e89c6e6dc94dc98a8.png

Ante Solar at 20:15 and Singularity at 23:00 are the only 5 Euro Freezeout NLHE games in the schedule from 14:00 till 1:00 AM.

I fully agree @WuDu.  Another thread, the one where I've mentioned straightforward tourneys, especially for the lower stakes players, keeps picking up a like here and there. There are a few €5 but with later starts, as also mentioned somewhere there are basically 4 or 5 tourneys an evening of any interest. 😢

I agreee with this subject.

I am between 9-10 MTT in the evening counting 1-2. ( 5BH ) tournaments at low in-play for a minimum profitable session.
A few tournaments at 2+2(+2) and 5 euros ( a bit like BH or low in-game at 400-500e prize ? )

Great prize Wudu, so nice run.

@MmysteriouSs

You sat next to me for 2 hours or so in one MTT on Sunday. Did you cash any? 🙂

But you're right, if you want to play in the 2-5 Euro range, you have to time your schedule. 9:30 PM CEST and 11:30 PM CEST are "good" start dates, especially if you can add 10 Euro games like Asteroid and Fireball. However like I posted in the other topic, there is absolutely nothing to play at 4:30 PM CEST and even 7:30 PM CEST.

I hope @Leo-Unibet makes some moves here. For instance, why is there no 5 Euro Gargle Blaster running at the same time as the original? Or even better, a few minutes earlier? There's the original, a 50 cent version, but a 5 Euro version is running at 7 AM...🤪

In addition to that, some regular 2 to 10 Euro qualifiers would be nice. They don't take long, and once they get going, they usually hit the GTD.

My current sessions are rather " bad " but on sunday i managed to win the 2 euros bounty.

I hope to find the road to success again, i know that this is just passing.

Yes indeed in the afternoon he has practically nothing to play.. Know why i only play in the evening unfortunately.

Well, it took me 143 tries (not counting qualifiers) for my first MTT win here. 😫 Some of the bad beats I received along the way were insane. One of the worst ones:

Final table at the Asteroid, I'm in 4th position out of 9. Top 5-6 reach the money. Early Position All-in by one of the smaller stacks. I'm sitting in Middle Position with KK and raise. Chipleader on my left 4bets. I'm going all in and the small stack holds QQ, while the chipleader has AK. Ace on the river. 🤮

I'll report back with some stats and some observations once I played a few more MTTs.

To be honest, I had one lucky bounce along the way, tripling up with JJ vs AK vs KK. The Unibet MTTs are really not that bad; Fireball, Asteroid and Atom really have a nice pace to them but still allow you to play Poker. It's just a shame that the schedule is so poorly set up. :classic_sad: Especially if your main games are Freezeouts and Re-Entries and you're playing in the 5 Euro range.

Lucky, unlucky.. who cares? 😄
As long as the moneys and wins are coming, it mostly makes difference only to the ones that lost the same games 😎
Going pretty well it seems. congrats and GL 💪

Things really went well at the late night Asteroid over the past few days! I finished ITM for 4 days in a row, winning twice. But as we all know, that only means that the next downswing is just waiting around the corner!

So, I'm holding out on my stats update for a little bit now, but I think it's safe to assume that ditching the Hexabingos after 3 days was the correct decision! 😉

Guys, time for a little update, the "Unibet is rigged"-posts are a little bit much right now:

For the past weeks the "well-balanced" Unibet MTT schedule forced me to play less and less games. I'm mostly playing the late night Asteroid and Fireball now along with the occasional qualifier. After checking my MTT stats, I'm not playing any rebuys anymore (except for rebuy qualifiers). In addition to that, I'm only joining games with buy-Ins of 10 Euros (except for qualifiers).

If you look at the schedule for Freezeouts and Re-Entries at the 10 Euro level, there are 4 time slots where you can play on Unibet:

  1. Around 3 PM CEST with a Fireball, Gargle Blaster and Atom. Very nice, but I'm hardly making it at that time.
  2. Around 5:30 PM with the Mercury Blue. Much better time, but this tourney runs maybe twice a month or so. 😥
  3. Around 8:30 PM with the Venus and Dark Matter. I don't like the Venus and I have already deleted it from my favourites. 2 Re-Entries and the late reg is open until 8,5 BBs. You gotta be kidding me. I also dislike the Dark Matter, late reg is too long and it takes forever to finish. So I'm not playing it as well.
  4. Around 11:30 PM with the Asteroid and the Fireball. These are basically the only games I'm playing right now.

For the next weeks/months, I'm hoping to increase my bankroll in order to then start playing the 5 to 25 Euro qualifiers to get some more volume in and then use these tikiets to play some 25s. I think that's a smart idea to protect my bankroll at first.

I believe in quality over quantity and since the last update, the results are coming in for the Asteroid/Fireball:

 asteroid4.PNG.10c7cdcd8bf94a84ae52b8ad16d979a6.PNG

Fireball2.PNG.124e0a17ec766f87a395b5e0682808d2.PNG

So what is better than winning the Asteroid or the Fireball from time to time? Right, winning both of them on the same day, back to back:

fireball3.PNG.4f181351953c7ba918e2f18f5213503c.PNG

money scarface GIF

So far, I played 57 Asteroids, winning 5 (8.77 %).

In the money: 18 times (31,58%).

% of winning the tournament once I reached the money: 27,8%.

ROI for the Asteroids: 66,8 %.

The stats for the Fireball look very similar:

I played 58 Fireballs, winning 3 (5,17%).

In the money: 17 times (29,31%).

% of winning the tournament once I reached the money: 17,6%.

ROI for the Fireball: 65,14%

So thank you very much Frau Merkel for eliminating SNGs for Germans and forcing us to play MTTs...👍

Once again Merkel turned things better 🤣

Those tournies are much like mtt sngs with late reg, right? So in that pov don't come as surprice that you crush em like sngs before.

Keep rocking 👍

Mrs Merkel making gambling great again for German poker players, probably the only good thing she's done in 16 years! Completely against her intentions, of course...

Asteroid, Fireball, Gargle Blaster and Atom usually last between 2-2,5 hours in total. If you late reg, you can shave off between 30-60 minutes or so. To me, that's an ideal MTT. Having said that, sure they feel a little like MTT SNGs. The latest Fireball I won had 40 participants.

Honestly, I don't really like to play these 5-6 hour MTTs. For instance, I cashed in the 5 Euro Black Hole for 93 Euro on my first day, however I only played that MTT one more time. The Comet could be fun with 500 Euro on the line for the winner...

Fun playing is da best 🤘

Never understood the infatuation of being a Poker Pro. If you win regularily and there's some reasoning behind it, then Poker "income" is a very nice supplementary income.

You have a day job and instead of playing Xbox or Playstation, you play on Unibet and even make some extra money, that you can save or spend on luxuries.

You're a university student and instead of working part-time at Mickey Dee's or KFC, you're earning some part-time money with poker.

You're self-employed and your hobby can help smoothing your income streams.

You're retired and your poker money can add some additional presents for your grand-kids.

You're a housewife and you earn money while watching your kids.

You get my point. But poker as your main or only income? Clicking buttons and watching pixels on a screen for a living, having to whore yourself out on twitch or other social media to make ends meet? Having to play, even if you don't feel like it? Thanks, but no thanks.

Yup, and in addition being pro is pretty loose definition these days. Is it enough to be one just cause you can make your living out of it, especially if it comes out of sponsors, being affiliate and like you said social media.

Does someone concider casino streamer as pro slotter or button clicker? 😆

Or +100 wta players when some of them can't even get 50% of their serves to right square? 🤢

Pro to me means also being good at what you do not just being one.

One of the hungarian pros used the exact same words when he finished his pro career and asked the purpose why he stopped to be pro player...

interesting, but if you know there was a guy named Maslow, and his theory (pyramid) explains a lot.

Man, don't get me started on all these influencers. 🤬 Use promo code LBGTB2021 for a 5 % discount on your next hair transplant, sneakers, sweatpants...🤮 Or the ones begging for donations...

Or all the parasites trying to leech off the poker economy, dishing out articles/videos full of stupid "advice": 5 reasons, you're playing AK wrong, 8 things to know when playing cash games, 21 poker resolutions for 2021...💩

If you're a 100+ WTA player, at least you're in some kind of competition, mostly training outside, travel the world (albeit not the premier spots) and bang fit guys (or fit girls to be more precise, we're talking WTA here). Better than clicking buttons and downing energy drinks.
