You work for a gambling company, and your costumers mostly losers like me, and always conplain for stupid things. I am very surprised that you can't adapt for it...

It's a bit sarcastic... When someone is moaning about the poker, the main answer is " it is just zeropointdunnohowmany percent of our businness, the core product is betting." When someone moaning about betting, "hey we have just poker experts here, ask CS team..." But it is none of my businness.

@Stubbe-Unibet Logout - login helped. But I dont' know the reason. I didn' make a screenshot, but after that happened, one more MTT started to act like that. Last time when it was a frequent bug, it started with this kind of behavior. So I really hope it wont be the same again. Just one thing: I was on mobile internet, so might be connection or 4G issue?

@Stubbe-Unibethere we go again. In the 3000GTD January Mission Special MTT there is no projection in the infobox and in the lobby nor... You' ve solved once this bug....

Hi, @psrquack .I was in the same situation few months ago, when accidentally denied the free spins. I asked the staff, they were mostly helpful, but it took more than a month to get 10 free spins in a bingo minislot. It was ridiculous, and didn't worth the time and the nerv. Anyway I also misclicked the deny button again ( you know, there is the click to continue thing, and it lagged...), but now i gave up to get Back those spins... Last time I got it that was my fault to missclick so be patient and they don't have to help me etc... And that 25 cents really doesn't worth it.
