Just a simple thought, @Stubbe-Unibet. Is it a good idea to release the new client in the middle of the UOS? Isn't it too risky regarding the freezes, crashes? Before or after it looks more safe.

OK, this is how number generator works. I can predict easily after showdown: AIonflop PF fold AIPF Turn or/and river mostly help bigstacks. These were shot in 20 mins. @Stubbe-Unibetthank you very much... Your help and your answer too. My attitude comes from the following things: 1.) I asked help 3X and didn't get any answer. 2.) I think that your software messed it up twice, i was just a bit distrait. I didn't think that I have to click carefully on the slot, and check what kind of ticket I use in the UO exchanger. These "rewards" just aren't fair. In the betting thread I asked help too but noone answered. 3.) When I'm on a leave, I have two options: first is that I hand over my tasks to one of my collegues, second is that saying I'm on vacation, pls be patient till I'll be back and my work waits me... I don't think that I am usually a total jerk. I can ask politely I can answer politely, but when everybody shts on me I can be rude because I think that no answer thing is rudeness too. I don't think you are too fair with me with that "strickt teacher handle idiot teenager"-style giving me last chance, while chit-chatting kindly with total donk trolls... Dear @Stubbe-Unibet! Yes, I (mostly) know, how community works, but nowadays I just don't understand it. I've asked help 3 times in the last (dunno) 2 weeks, creating threads in the Help&support, and posting in the Poker chit-chat random too tagging you, Recorph, and Jeppe. First Recorph answered in one thread, after that nothing. Asking help, and nobody is answering is a bit frustrating while I read threads like this and that Backpack-material, where Community guys hitting the keyboard so hard...

I just wanted to exchange the 10eur UNIBET OPEN ticket to 5x2eur UNIBET OPEN ticket. I've registered to the ticket exchanger 30.08. I opened the poker client now, and you know what? I have a 10eur UNIBET OPEN ticket, AND 5x2eur UNIBET OPEN ticket, and NO 10eur UOS ticket. I didnt think that i have the possibility to exchange the UOS tickets to UO tickets.... Of course, it was my fault again, because I didn't check what kind of ticket did I use. But come on..... can you change manually my 10eur UO ticket to 10eur UOS ticket, or fck myself again? Now I've found it on an other forum, and that guy explained as follows: "As others have stated the odds of getting any specific hand are 1 in 1326. This figure ignores ordering because it doesn't matter for a poker hand. So that is the answer to your first two questions. Whenever you are looking at a hand, the odds of seeing that exact hand again on the next deal is 1 in 1326. The 1,758,276 figure comes in if you were thinking of a specific hand in advance. Let's say you told a friend you had a feeling you would get black aces the next two hands in a row. Your next hand would be black aces one time in 1326 hands. For it to happen twice in a row would be one in 1326 * 1326 = 1,758,276." Maybe i've a bit overhyped, but I don't remember same situations in my "long carrier". I think now i get it.
