I doubt support are in a position to disclose information about the underlying mechanics of a promotion that isn't meant to be transparent Aren't we talking about a completely free promo that doesn't promise any kind of value? If so, I'm frankly not sure what the issue is. You could argue that it'd be better if the wheel just wasn't shown, if it's likely to have 20 consecutive spins without a reward.
