  1. Stubbe-Unibet's post in missions are not completing was marked as the answer
I'm not at the laptop now, but I did check your history before the previous reply, and it was as described above 🙂
  2. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Points Multiplier was marked as the answer
Yes, I agree it can be confusing to anyone, if you read both of the pages, due to different terminology 🙂 hopefully less so now with most recent changes
I also agree the page on main site needs to be rewritten. It's a bigger project (primarily because of all the different languages) and something we don't control in the poker team.
Will make point 4 more clear later today. It's roughly paid every time you pay €1 in rake (it depends on the level, with lower levels paying more frequently than higher ones, but it's basically happening all the time).
  3. Stubbe-Unibet's post in App download link on website leads to old apk version for Android was marked as the answer
This will be fixed tomorrow with a redirect. Thanks for the report!
  4. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Can't launch the poker client was marked as the answer
Should be working again now 🙂
  5. Stubbe-Unibet's post in the whole sites is crashed and at a stand still for everybody was marked as the answer
Sorry about the lack of info when it happened again, but as it was in the night, I was sleeping. Also worth mentioning I'm currently on vacation.
I'm following up on this one now, but everything seems to have been canceled alright (we fortunately had a developer able to pick it up in the night).
Cancelation policy can be found here: https://cf-mt-cdn1.relaxg.com/chew/rules/com/en_GB/tournament_cancellation_policy/
    Again, sorry about the issue!
  6. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Maximum payout limit for massive parlay bets was marked as the answer
Did a quick check and we have honored winnings of +€250,000/day before. Couldn't find any cases where we haven't, but that's again because it's so incredibly rare. I didn't find a single low stake & high odds bet which came close (would be surprised if there haven't been any in the history of Unibet, but it should be very few).
I know you guys love these "what if" threads, but you must understand I work with a different product, and I really can't justify spending a lot of time on something that's not an actual issue but solely a theoretical one. We're currently just two in the poker team, so I've got enough to do 🙂
In case it isn't clear - thought it was - the terms and conditions CAN of course result in winnings being limited. The terms and conditions do take priority.
    Will lock the thread 🙂
  7. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Problem with support was marked as the answer
I really can't help. I'm on vacation, but even if I wasn't, I have to be very firm about this now strictly being a channel for poker support. If I start to get involved with other products, it'll hurt the poker product for which I'm ultimately responsible (my time isn't an infinite resource 🙂 )
I'd suggest to use live chat support, as such misunderstandings are easier to avoid there.
  8. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Using a 2nd account (while traveling) was marked as the answer
Support definitely messed up in this case, and they shouldn't have asked you to create a new account. I'm sorry about that!
I believe the Georgia account is suspended for good, as you shouldn't create a new account without a permanent address aka if you're on vacation. As for your old account, you might not get access to it before you're back. If you send in whatever they request, it should be alright, but let me know if you end up in a deadlock!
  9. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Verification of non-existing card was marked as the answer
Customer support will be better at guiding you here. However, for such requests you'll then usually need to submit a proof of ownership of said card, from your bank (a piece of paper confirming the card was in your name).
  10. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Have been asked to provide verification but only after trying to withdraw was marked as the answer
Can see the withdrawal was approved this morning 🙂
  11. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Mason Greenwood Shots was marked as the answer
Can see you got it sorted 🙂 and congrats with the winnings.
Just for anyone else reading this thread in the future: the traders will usually review such a case within a couple hours, if it's a weekday and not a niche sport. However, it can take longer, and CS aren't able to speed things up for you.
  12. Stubbe-Unibet's post in I can lose when the client crashed and took me out of the game. was marked as the answer
For the record, you were not the favorite but beat quite comfortably by villain. I've issued 650 BP compensation, according to equity
  13. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Denmark vs Kaz was marked as the answer
@Rune Eidshaug, Andreas Skov Olsen and Robert Skov are not the same player. Alternative to the void for non-started would be your bet settled as lost.
  14. Stubbe-Unibet's post in HexaPro was marked as the answer
Sorry to hear you experienced an issue!
I'll need a little more info:
When did it happen? What exactly happened? Can you describe it in more detail
  15. Stubbe-Unibet's post in playthrough bonus problem was marked as the answer
There was an error when the guys set up the emails; they used the value from two weeks ago. I can give you a 330 bonus, but it'll be with 3x the rake requirement 😅
  16. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Change language was marked as the answer
Can see you got it sorted by the live chat 🙂
  17. Stubbe-Unibet's post in How long does verification take? It has been more than 2 weeks since I have sent my documents through email. was marked as the answer
I don't see any open case or request. Please reach out to customer support on the live chat.

@MadMax We'll support table resizing (changing dimensions) in 2-3 months 🙂
  19. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Hungarian banks will NOT allow depositing to Unibet was marked as the answer
I don't have all the details, but I'm told you won't notice much of a difference as a customer 🙂
It's not the first market to implement this kind of blocks, and it's never really worked 😉
  20. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Made deposit 50e to play poker... no way to play it. was marked as the answer
Welcome to the community @Mr.Jinx. Can see I'm too late here, but just to explain what happened: when you accepted the welcome offer upon registration, you locked your first deposit to this bonus. Unfortunately, the bonus can't be used for poker, so the funds wouldn't even show in the client, before the wagering has been completed. I've sent you a little something, which you can use in the bonus shop 🙂
  21. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Withdrawal on hold was marked as the answer
Hey @Donsjubi. Please reach out to support on the live chat, if you need any help with the withdrawals. We don't have access to check anything from here 🙂
  22. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Accidentally clicked no thanks on free spins from mission was marked as the answer
No, sorry, we don't do this anymore (I don't even have access to the right system)
  23. Stubbe-Unibet's post in May Mission-4 Money Train 3 30 Free Spins Dissapeared, Because of Probable Misclick was marked as the answer
I believe it's been a while since we did any of these re-credits. I don't even have access to the system, so it is unfortunately a bit of hassle.
As for the option to cancel being a thing, I think there're two good reasons:
When freespins have got a wagering requirement (which they usually do), it's quite common to decline the offer. I personally always do this, if I've got any money on the account When freespins have got a low value of for instance 10*€0.1, it's just to very exciting. Even if there's no wagering requirement, I'd personally just skip these, and I'm no casino highroller For the poker mission ones specifically, it might be better to disable the feature, but freespins from poker missions are not exactly high priority for the casino developers.
  24. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Poker client on mobile phone unable to log out. was marked as the answer
Are you actually logging out by going to the menu and clicking log out? Sounds like you're just minimizing the app in which case it won't log out
  25. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Loss limit was marked as the answer
If you've set a loss limit, there's only one way to get it increased: do it yourself on the site. We do not offer any way to circumvent the delay in increasing a limit.
