I encountered a problem the last 15 minutes in the betting section of the Unibet webpage. When trying to enter the live betting section, it says I need to reload the page. It looks like this:

I never received the freebet. This was 3 days ago that I answered 4 questions correctly. Normally the freebet is credited the next day, but I've waited 3 days. Can you fix this please? @Stubbe-Unibet

Thanks. I regularly clear cache. Today I haven't had any problems with the app, so I guess Unibet has magically fixed the problem. I will see the next few days also if the problem continues. Thanks

And if I turn the phone from vertical to horizontal, the app crashes. Or vice versa 🙂 I've tried deleting the app and re-installing it. But same problems arise.

Last few months it takes between 1 and 10 tries to get past the first "page" (See screenshot) after logging in the mobile poker app. I simply have to close the app and try again until it lets me in to play tourneys and cash games. Anyone else has this problem?

Thanks, but I think you misunderstood. I did perhaps not make myself clear. I am talking about the functions that were available when watching a match in full screen mode. Those functions were in-play, cash-in as well as the ability to see the current live value of all your ongoing bets. The in-play function was available when clicking the video in full screen mode. The other two functions were available clicking the small rectangle icon in the upper right corner of the video showing in full mode. None of these functions are available anymore. But the unibet commercials on tv at least market themselves saying that the in-play function and the cash-in function are available in my country. Anyways, the customer service from my country hasn't been available the last year or so. Only the English speaking help has been available. That is why I am writing here.

Ever since a few days back when Unibet had its maintenance from 4 am to 11 am, the in play betting function doesn't work. Before, it was possible to click the video in a match and make a bet. Also, it was possible to see all your ongoing bets when clicking in the upper right corner while watching a game. Why have these two great functions disappeared?

@Stubbe-Unibet Is something wrong on your betting app as well as webpage? Every time when making a bet it is asking ne to log in again. It says "your bet was not placed! Please log in and try again". I can still see my balance and everything, so I AM logged in. At what hour will this be fixed?

Hi, I saw earlier today that relegation match Latvia-Aystria was gonna be playable Live. However, I later saw that the match was withdraw from Live betting. Why?

Here is finally an answer from the Unibet support team: I can't see anything in the terms & conditions where it says I can only win one prize in this promotion. Can anyone else read this in the rules? Anyway, this has become quite annoying and it is more the principle and the slow (prolonged) answer from Unibet that is not really showing goodwill from Unibet's side. /dissappointed customer of +10 years
