  1. As from 28 March we will see some changes to the Sunday Supernova. It will be a 2-day event where day one is played just short of 6 hours and we will be in the money.
Day two will resume at 19:00 CET on Monday and be played for aproximately another 4 hours. With this we hoping to give participates an even better structured tournament, plus that players with normal day jobs can participate without the risk of being really tired at work on Monday morning.

At the same time we're shorten the runtime of the "€3,000 Supernova Lighting" with about 1,5 hours, meaning you can still play that one and don't have to worry  too much about monday morning.

    Good Luck at the tables!!

No march tab, i guess march points was added to the february points. @Leo-Unibet @Andy-Unibet @Stubbe-Unibet

It is 9th of march now. Really nobody recognised that yet? Or nobody (nor players nor staff) cares this promo  just me?

PS: Just asking, no offense. (I don't know how to be PC enough nowadays...)

Hey @Sparrow473  Thanks for the info, we all love the leaderboard 😃 I will pass this to the  correct person and we will have it fixed soon

The €50 buyin Neptune Rebuy haven't performed well lately. I will try to put a one (1) re-entry bounty there instead.
It's a rather quick one, expect to end at 00:00 CET. Say hello to the... €1,500 Mercury Blue Bounty

Old Neptune €50 tickets can be used in this new tournament

And wanted to ask when will be the MTT player of the month tickets added, because the tournament will be held tomorrow evening, and as I remember last time the tickets were credited instantly at the begginning of the next month. Thanks. I dunno the right person, maybe @Andy-Unibet ?

Hey @Sparrow473  You are having a ticket on your account now, credited a bit later this time.

    Hi,

I see from searching the forums this is an old topic, but after my first foray into Qualifiers I thought I'd raise the topic again.

All of the bubble money shoul go to the bubble guy, right? Who wants to win less than they bought in for?

This is why I don't play qualifiers at Unibet....and for sure there are a lot more people skiping these. Why the hell to invest 10 euro to win 7 euro???Bubble should receive all amount in cash, not a ticket, not a lower prize than buy-in. Maybe @Leo-Unibet can tell us something about this.

Hey @FunckyFish , The majority of our tournaments do actually pay out cash as you suggest these days. Some steps like Unibet Open don't do that yet.

  9. @Psycho79 wrote:

thanks for letting me know @Leo-Unibet 👍

not even close to the suggestion though...😏

I'm gonna play it of course and asked my few friends to do it too, but it wasn't really my point  to just run another qualifier. I did't play the hyper myself the last time, but observed people really had fun there.  In this case I think it would make a lot more sense setting it up as it was the last week, to give small stakes players one chance a week. I understand Unibet cannot giveaway more tickets, but it might work with 1tix and 2€ 1reentry, and also 20people to start.

My point was trying a new satellite format, ideally/ultimately landing in the SNGs lobby to give people as much time as needed to join opposed to mtt sats being cancelled or overlayed a lot. Double 5mans would also allow different dynamics and "hype" to join than 9handed hypers. Putting them into mtt lobby and "tokens" were just a remedy to get them started and noticed by players. I really believe it's doable even under limited liquidity and technical possibilities but cannot argue with people having priorities and another resposibilities there :peace: Would love to see that idea being implemented sometime in the indefinite future still.

Meanwhile, thank you for being opened and trying, appreciate it 🆗

    Best Regards!

Hey @Psycho79  I really like your idea, I been adressing this "feature" internally for quite some time, sometimes there aren't just enough development time to get everything we ask for, things are prioritized and sometimes we have more ideas than time. Imagine if we had unlimited resurses for development, wow that would be 😃 great

Looking through some old posts I thought it would be a good idea to give a link to one thread about mutual help, fruitfull discussion and blind level/structures:

    https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/General-Poker/New-MTT-Blind-Structures-Help-us-test-tonight/m-p/110966#M19095

This is one of my first constructive and little naive/egocentric posts in this community.I advise you to scroll through the 10 pages and search the posts for some "old"  ideas or opinons as sometimes they tend to stay hidden for some time   Even or especially the bosses probably should be interested in such cryptic writings  @Leo-Unibet , @Stubbe-Unibet@Andy-Unibet  might find some well-forgotten idea(s).

I posted in the Unibet Open freeroll thread my vision about the "high-speed path" on which onlne poker is in the recent years. But I think that here is a place where other fellow members could contribute and express opinions. So I'll paste it below:

"...However the super- turbo hyperization of the MTTs esp. nowadays is a trend which might appeal to the poker sites, but not to all the players. I too like to play few turbos toward the end of session (Multiverse and Atom are my favourites). But further going to extremes is depriving poker of the attribute which makes it the only casino game with + EV in the long term, at least for some of the players.

Just wanted to share my concerns about the trends in the whole poker industry. After the jackpot push-fold SNGs, the super fast R/A satelites and your own Banzai Bounties became a norm. Now the future of flip-like MTTs when you decide to click one of the two buttons or auto-push next hand as only option seems not so distant. "

Can't beleive I'm quoting myself :Geek:

Please share your thoughts about the online poker evolution, the MTTs structures and payouts in general.

@Leo-Unibetjust one not so pleasant memory striked me - it was more than  - €1600 in 2020 and would have been way worse if it wasn't the pandemic social distance and not just for me, I guess

P.S. If you are an older member/have lots of posts I advise you to go to the first of your posts and to save them elsewhere if they are valuable or you feel simply nostaligic sometimes. I couldn't find my first ones from 2016 and figured out that there is capacity of sort (maybe just to account activity display) 16 pages of ramblings are in order to be accessed through it.

Hey @GothMoth  And thanks for your thoughts. My ambitition with the schedule is to have a large varity of the tournaments so all palyers can get what they looking for no matter if they like 6h+ tournaments or quick ones running just 60-90 minutes or so. I don't see an industry standard leaning towards more turbo tournaments, that's defenittely not the case at Unibet. I beleive the varity has to be there to be able to have a schedule for all, we can't have all variations starting at prefered start times, sometimes players have to adjust playing paterns to be able to play their favorite tournament.

    Hey @Leo-Unibet  @Stubbe-Unibet  @Andy-Unibet

    here's a few more... 😏

    1. €50 5mans to return

The promo towards the end of 2020 has done a lot of good to the 5man SNG format. The traffic was great again ever since the introduction of HEXAS, and it proved that the format itself is still popular and has players' liking. I still ocassionally jump into the 5mans streets, being a bit sentimental about these games, and noticed that they arouse players' interest indeed. It's great having the MTT offer to widen up, but I guess Unibet Poker should also take their hat off to the players not having as much time for playing tournaments and searching for their place at the site. It's also about cultivating a format cannot be found much along another sites, which can be easily used as departure point for creating more brand recognition productsI think the €50 stakes could be restored right now and be popular as never before.

Making a promo/rake free month exclusively on the stakes, would only help noticing the games even more/encouraging people to play/settling the traffic down.

    2. 25mans

I think coming up with products cannot be found elsewhere is becoming more and more important these days. In my opinion Unibet Poker could achieve that by blending two of their original ideas creating a new one. Banzai&5mans=25man Banzai SNGs. Quick, action packed format could easily find its fans righaways from the start. I see it as a shootout having its tests in the MTT lobby every 15-30min like 18mans a few years ago. Classic Allin/Fold game on 12-15bbs with a table winner being promoted to the FT to compete for all the prizes. I assume "shootout" can be a technical obstacle for now, but there's an easy temporary bypass to that. Table winners get a "banzai token" can be used immidiately to register the FT table and nothing else. I would be happy to see the €1s in the Lobby soon to find out what people actually think of that.

    3. 25mans qualifiers

Similarly to 2. I would also use 25mans to try it as a satellite format. For instance, €5 sat to €100 Supernova. The winner gets a €100tix, 2-5places get €5refund tix for further tries, €5total rake seems fair enough for a game as quick that can never overlay which is very important. I'm sure it could also pass its tests positivelly tomorrow as €10 sats to Big Bang. Giving it a try won't hurt anyone, as no single cent is even at risk 🆗

Thanks again for giving it a thought. Have a nice day everyone!

P.S. Any community feedback welcome/appreciated :popeye:

Hey @Psycho79  I throw in an answer for point 3. The idea is great, the problem is that it will most likely not start due to not enough players will be there at the start.

I'm willing to give it a try for tomorrows PKO Big Bang, a hyperturbo. You better tell all your friends 😃

no too bad for the first time 🆗

Congrats to Eatmeoutt for winning it!!!

It only needs a cosmetic change with the structure @Leo-Unibet. PKOs should start a bit less deepstacked than +300bbs to make the bounty hunting more attractive and efficient. I talked to a few people played the tourney too and all agreed on that. 100-150bb starting is a standard for PKOs now, so we could skip 4-5 first levels, and go straighaway to 40/80 or 50/100, and make 15min levels instead after the 2nd break to allow the FT players feeling comfortable 🆗

Thanks again for running it, I'm sure Unibet players are gonna like it very much.

I also appreciate giving an opportunity/fun to the community guys :peace:

    Best Regards!

Hello @Psycho79 Since this is your little baby I have decreased the chips to 5,000 (half from before) and added another 3 minutes extra on the first 12 levels.

I think we should celebrate introducing the new tournament somehow, and it's a good occasion to give something back to the community from myself too. Let's set up a 1€ game tomorrow, in which 2 of the community members can find their ways to playing Big Bang PKO. 2tix added, one on me and one on Unibet. What do you say? 🆒

I suggest a quick race, 6:00PM CET, 20BBs starting, 3min lev, 15min lr,  PW protected...to make sure the lucky ones are there on time 🆗

Hey @Psycho79  .Nice idea, but I didn't like the idea of you adding anything. We take that, qualifier is on.

    Hey @Leo-Unibet  @Stubbe-Unibet  @Andy-Unibet

At first, I would like to thank you for the PKO series, undoubtedly a very successful debut at Unibet's stage, proving both format popularity and site's competitiveness. Great job, looking foward to the next part, inevitable now 🆗

In the meantime, I would like to focus on one particular tournament which is Big Bang PKO. Nearly doubling its GTD, with 107entries/€19795prizepool, was certainly one of the series' brighter points. It would make a lot of sense in my opinion, putting it into the regular schedule now. Natural consequence/stimulation for development.

Already asked for that in the past, but even more favourable weather now 🆒 😏

I would see its place on Thursday's nights, which would make a nice pair of Unibet weekly highrollers together with the regular Big Bang running on Tuesdays. It should be supported with same well-tried structured/gtds qualifiers as with the freezout. Playing these on the daily basis would also incentive players more having 2tournaments of €200BI to choose from 😀

In my opinion there's still room in the schedule for that, and the site really needs more of that kind of games.

As always, thank you for your time, and any considerations, hopefully positive 👍

    Best Regards!

P.S. Don't wait for too long, the series dust is still up, let's give it a try this Thursday  👼

P.S.2 Any thoughts/suggestions on that from players appreciated :popeye:

Hey @Psycho79  I hope you are fine.

If you asked me any other time of the year I would probably not beleived it would work, but now when we're doing good and the tournaments running great I think your idea are't that bad. Even if I have to remove it in a few month it's worth a try. I know it's one of your favorites 😃

Big Bang PKO is on from Thursday!! Thanks for your thoughts @Psycho79

  17. hello @Viking74  Thanks for sharing your thouights. We have another quite popular €2 tournament starting at the same time where players use their tickets to participate.
We don't run any qualifiers to €2,5 tournaments. we run tournaments at €1 €2 €5 €10 and up. If you have the possiblility to play at daytime, we're running a €10 Gargle Blaster at 14:00 CET.
