  1. There're more pictures in this thread as well https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/General-Poker/The-evolution-of-Unibet-poker/m-p/344463 :)
  2. The early steps of challenges combined with monthly missions provide insanely high rakeback as is (easily achieve +100%, and then you can add freerolls and other giveaways to that). We are not planning to improve this further :)
  3. Most likely the 2nd of October, but it isn't confirmed yet :)
  4. Hey and welcome to the community, @WattsAl! This is mostly a liquidity question. We don't really have enough players to have both, and so we decided to do 6 instead of 9. As the site grows, we'll of course be looking at new formats to add :)
  5. What's your best and worst memory from your time with Unibet poker? My worst memory has to be the first time I signed into the Microgaming backoffice 🤣 folding aces as well as AK in the UO final, because I was busy with the BBQ, that's another good candidate :D best moments are probably the old community homegame streams, intoxicated banzai nights and UO events 🤣
  6. Here's a little video from the "good" old MPN days :)
  7. @laifstaile qualify for a future UO and I'll remind you about that beer ;) Feel free to post any old screenshots you may have :)
  8. @Alanex, as mentioned above, we really need some more details, in order to help you. I would recommend you to try and delete cookies, as that usually solves it, if it's a technical issue. If you mean it can't give any big wins, that's just how the game is designed 🤣 it can pay up to 500x, and it's quite rare to get a big win, you'll mostly just get small wins, but a lot of them :) It's a low volatility game, and we actually show the volatility on the game page.
  9. Unlikely, but there will be an online Unibet Open event where you can use the 1.1k tickets :)
  10. Before then, we've got a €25-€100 buyin series. It'll run the last week of this month :)
  11. The next UOS will start the 18th of September :)
  12. I will later, and some of you will even get the chance to play from the client one month before everyone else! :) For now, another tease :)
  13. @Stubbe-Unibet Looks nice. I would prefer to see the lobby arranged --> Start in / Type / Buy-in / Tournament / Players / Prize Pool <-- or at least have the option to arrange it ourselves. :happyshy: Appreciate the feedback! We actually had the icons next the the name in some early mockups, but it just doesn't look as good with those in the middle :) It won't be possible to re-arrange the columns, at least not for now :)
  14. Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's the SuperClient (an early version)
  15. Then you don't know me very well ;) We try to have the offering reflect the customer demand as much as possible, but with MTT's, what's one players dream setup will be a nightmare to another :)
  16. Correlation and causation. In this case it's of course 100% causation - the cat I let lose in the server room to catch the rats, it caused all kinds of issues, getting my coffee in te private message server etc.
  17. Not me, I swear :D But it's being looked into :)
  18. Cool. We'll soon be releasing some changes to the login flow, so this won't be an issue anymore :)
  19. @tara771, did you try to select country before attempting to sign in?
  20. I think a simple renaming would make a difference as well, as it's sounds a bit exclusive the way it is today. 1. Make a new thread where the schedule and details are clear 2. Rename the tournament to something like "Weekly community tournament" 3. Remove the private tag so it's shown in lobby 4. Add a good description of the tournament, in the client (include a link to the new thread) 4. Add a GTD equal to 25 buyins
  21. Still on vacation, but want to hear if it's working for everyone now. If not, I'll find some time for following up on it tomorrow :)
  22. @Lerre,you might want to read my posts again. As I said, there are options, but not in terms of rakeback. The offers highlighted are boosted odds, which is similar to lower rake charged (not rake paid back). Can't say more than I already have in the previous posts. We do not have "a lot", or even a single, good way to do rakeback in Belgium.
  23. I doubt the rakeback from chests is considered legal by the Belgian gambling commission. It's probably just a question of them not being aware of it (we had challenges for a while, as you know, as we considered it legal on our end - it's a question of interpretation). I wouldn't be surprised if the chests are gone later this year. I can almost also guarantee that the shop is in violation of the law. There are not many ways around it as you believe. There are ways to charge less rake in the first place, but in terms of paying rakeback its extremely limited what's allowed in Belgium.
