Guess this is a provider issue, as I've got the same on multiple other sites and it's been like this for years. Usually, a page refresh will do the trick though :)

@Lerre, what exactly do you mean you "won" a 1k ticket on bwin? I really don't have much to add (see my previous posts in the thread). There are not many ways around it, I'm afraid, unless we reduce rake or have a hexapro like mechanic where we charge negative rake in some games/hands through a feature. We're of course considering all alternatives, and as I believe I've mentioned before; once we're live with the redesign and new loyalty system (will not have a monetary solution for Belgium and Sweden), I'd like to make this a top priority.

Hey @Fabe and welcome to the community! :) You're unfortunately right; the Swedish laws put poker players at a serious disadvantage to the Danish, Norwegian and almost everyone else. There's the player of the year leaderboard, which you can read more about here: https://www.unibet.se/promotions/poker-promotions/mtt-poty. There's no rakeback of any kind :(

@Livertool, you're saying your favorite slot is Starburst and slots like BOD, Napoleon etc. Are terrible ;) I prefer the higher volatility setup myself, and so do many other players. The reason Unibet France has 2x is because they've got a whole history with JP Sng's from the previous supplier, and many weren't pleased with things changing in terms of the smallest multiplier. It is a topic we're frequently discussing, and I don't think the multiplier distribution is perfect today. I'd personally like to experiment a bit with the Banzai format. Just some thoughts: lower the "rake" with 2.5-3%, decrease max multiplier from 1000x to 250-500x, replace 1.5x with 1x, have 1x be forced allin from first hand (or after 3-5 hands), significantly higher chance of getting anything from 5x to 100x/significantly lower chance of getting 1.5x/1x. Spewy recs like myself don't care about 1.5x and just want to fire up another game with more interesting multiplier. Just brainstorming a bit here, and please note that I did mention Banzai, as I don't think this should be the setup in regular Hexapro.

Thank you for the report! This is a known issue which has always been there. It's on the backlog to get it fixed, and given the current priorities we could possibly have this one fixed Q4 or Q1 of next year :)

@fralaganas, that's not exactly how it works. You're right that the chance of the JP hitting will increase as the counter decreases. It can hit at any time (had a few which hit in the first couple hundred), but they will mostly be hitting in the last third :)

As I mentioned, it'll be NLHE next week - it really doesn't make sense to have PLO 4 weeks in a row. You can choose all other details but the game type :)

@Merenitsu to decide the format for the next one, but after 3 weeks of PLO, the next one has to be NLHE :)
