@Argevolen, feature implemented to achieve a level playing field - we want everyone to a fair chance at winning :) Do you have this assets issue often, or is it the first time?

@Argevolen, yes, it's been tested by 3 community members on Windows 7 for the past 2 months :) There have been some crash issues, but they're almost all fixed by now. Don't worry, we won't have a repeat of the V2 launch ;)

I'll have a new version shortly with some visual improvements and bug fixes. Just like this message if you'd like to receive it by PM (@panamera, I'll send it to you when I get it). I have also got an Android app for those who'd like to test from phone :)

And when your "logic" is as flawed as it's the case, it's quite the issue - especially when you start throwing words like scam into the mix :) My bad. I realize you're not a big fan of numbers and prefer far-fetched personal opinions 🤣 Can't believe I have to do this, but maximum means it's the highest number of players that can play the tournament. This is never actually reached, and as I just wrote, the average is 350. Then we're obviously not the right site for you :) There's a limit to the trolling per day I'll accept, and I'll give you a 48 hour cool-off now :)

@Argevolen, thought it was clear, but the figures were based on actual data for the guy :) @Ccccc1234 your posts don't really deserve an answer, and I don't see a lot of questions; mostly just silly statements and a few numbers that make no sense :) The betting freeroll runs twice a week, as that's what makes sense considering the numbers. Sites have different schedules every day, in case you don't know. You need to place a bet of €10 to qualify. The RTP on the best leagues are 97.5-98%. This means you're essentially paying €0.20-0.25 for each ticket, assuming you're no worse or better than our traders. There's an average of around 350 players in the betting freerolls (not 2000 as you claim). With a prizepool of €500, that's €1.43 per player = amazing value. It's unfortunately quite obvious that you don't know what you're talking about, when you start highlighting freerolls, where we have a pretty great selection :) EDIT: I'll just put this here again: - We've got the lowest rake on NL4 in the industry - We've got the lowest fee on low stakes SNG spins (HexaPro/Spin & Go) - We've got complete rake free nano MTT's - We've got open-to-all freerolls every day - There's a lot of value for lower stakes players in the community promotions - We've got the best rakeback for the above mentioned stakes, if you play a relatively low volume and include the monthly missions

Ticket view will be improved later - I agree there's some room for improvement there. The filters are a bit bugged right now. Will be fixed for September release :)

@Ccccc1234, I can't really continue this, when you don't read what I'm writing and base everything on your personal perception (based on an incredibly low number of games in a high volatility game), instead of using 5 minutes to check stuff that's publicly available on the official websites :) Good luck wherever you choose to play :) Of course there're bigger prizepools in MTT's elsewhere - we aren't the biggest poker site. We'll have around 350-400k prizepool in the €1100 UO Online event early October :)

@Ccccc1234 if you have an issue, CS can always help :) What they don't do is give you free poker tickets on request, as explained by my colleague yesterday. Keep in mind Party has 8% fee/rake on the €0.25-5 spins, where we got 6.85%. On Party you'd be at 20% rakeback, and you've gotten 25% here. As I've mentioned before, the monthly missions are generally great value, so I would recommend you to have a look at those - difficulty and reward value increases for each step :) Had you completed the monthly missions, your rakeback would have been about 50%!

@Sweeedeeen, thanks for the feedback! There's indeed a bug with the auto timebank and bet amount (it'll reset when timebank kicks in). Should be fixed in the next version :) @GothMoth, current one is Chewbacca, then I'll let you figure it out ;)

@P0kerM0nk, yes, you unlock carryover of points as one of the rewards from challenges, but majority of customers don't get that far (there's not as much point in it when you're lower on the ladder, as rewards trigger much more frequent ofc) :)

@Ccccc1234 it's clearly mentioned that challenges are quarterly - just because you don't read the info in the client (there're 3 bullet points, this is one of them) or the T&C, it can hardly be called a scam. Rewards are also released as you earn the challenge points, so the only thing you potentially miss out on is the very next reward, and you can always try to achieve this one by the end of the quarter :)

Weird line of thought :) there're many, many times more money put into promotions, bonuses etc. for active customers than inactive. It's not like this is the first time we're crediting tickets

The unlucky ones ... haha :) haha, afraid that's not how it works. Just because some got a few tickets by mistake, we aren't going to credit everyone ;)
