  1. @rcmd it was set to expire end of August. I've now extended it till the end of the year. I've also set up a tournament for today, but please note it won't show before 20 min prior to scheduled start :)
  2. @startelver, you really think the MPN client was more simple? :D Or you're talking about table animations? - which can be switched off Honestly have a hard time seeing how this: can ever be seen as more simple than this: .. even with with very nostalgic glasses on :D
  3. Considering the friendlies and transfer activity so far, I might stay away from this thread for the full season 🤣 Ibisevic is a great transfer though, considering the price! I'm, obviously, still going to bet on Schalke winning the league, but the odds is a terrible 501 right now, so I'll wait till after the first 3 games, I mean first 3 defeats :D
  4. @Panamera, can you describe it a bit more in detail? What exactly happens? On Windows?
  5. @Iceman, I don't know how you can say that's the best strategy :D Unless you don't care about ROI and solely the leaderboard positions, sure, then it's a great idea. It's also not true that all the ambassadors do a lot of rebuys - I guess you're thinking about Lappin 🤣
  6. I can't say when we'll have significant improvements ready in this area, but I really hope we can do something about it next year. As I've mentioned before, rakeback/monetary rewards aren't an option, and if Stars are still giving chests, I believe this can only be because the Belgian regulator doesn't know - yes, that does sound really odd, but not impossible :) Anyway, what we can do is lower the rake or have a sort of built-in rakeback in the shape of a game mechanic (like splash the pot). Next month we'll be having a promo with 0 fee/rake on higher stakes SNG's, which is something that works in Belgium as well - Belgium is one of the reasons we're not doing 100% rakeback but 0% rake.
  7. I'll join the next one as well. There'll be a € 10 UOS ticket on my head, every time I'm knocked out :D - might do 2 re-entries, so you guys can get some extra value ;)
  8. I did give you a warning, instead of a cool off like our friend in the other chat :) Might have been a bit strict in this particular case, but after all it is just a warning, and it wasnt solely because of this one post, but the attitude in a few of the latest ones :) Anyway, I am sorry it's taken so long with the free spins, and in principle I agree with you, but I so think that particular case is a little special and warrants more patience. I don't agree that there shouldn't be the option to decline free spins and don't think that part is bad design at all. I usually decline them myself, whenever there's a wagering requirement attached (unless I've hit 0.0 on the balance - does happen a bit too often 🤣)
  9. @Sparrow473, I posted a reply in the poker chit chat section. For the other issue you will have to wait for Recorph to get back from vacation. I've no clue how it works with those free spins :) @roscovana, I really don't know what you're on about. I'd love to help you, but it's really difficult when you express yourself this way. I encourage you to contact your local support team on the chat :) As I think it's unlikely we'll get any further, and you're just trolling now, I've deleted a few of your posts and given you a 24 hours timeout from the community. You're welcome back after that, but please consider why everyone has been reacting as they did in this thread :)
  10. Generally goes a lot faster if you create a thread for these things - I don't look at this thread that often, and don't read everything. Anyway, I don't know what's up with your attitude. You have now messed up twice and asked us to rectify it. Fair enough, we are always happy to help, even if the customer is the one to make the mistake. However, you can at least dial back on the nasty tone a bit, if you expect to get any help. This will be you last warning; change your tone or you'll receive a timeout from the community. I've removed your €10 ticket and credited 1000BP. Tell me one other site which would do the same in this situation - I've seen other sites close accounts for less of an attitude :)
  11. @Iceman it's not a freeroll for the ambassadors :) Can't come as a surprise that they're doing relatively good on a soft site like ours ;)
  12. @Sparrow473, did you create a thread, or did you just post it somewhere random? Given you rank, I'd assume you know how it works :) @roscovana, I guess you signed up for a tournament which got cancelled due to a lack of players. I've not clue what you mean with the rest of your posts, but there're several €2 qualifiers a day, and it's not that common they have a lack of players.
  13. Well, it's worth €1, just like any other €1 ticket. If you're after a few cents, then it's a pretty terrible ticket, but if you're dreaming about the real big score, it's a great ticket :) You can exchange tickets, to get more shots; you can for instance exchange a €4 ticket to 4*€1 tickets.
  14. As explained by the guys above, it depends on the value of your ticket. Once you get a ticket for the target tournament (worth €1100), you can win around €80,000. The satellites are like this: €2->€10->€50->€250->€1100->Potential €80k if you win the target tournament. There's also another tree which is €1->€4->€25->€250->€1100.
  15. @roscovana, you can hardly blame the guys, considering your terrible attitude and the fact that you refuse to formulate a proper questions/explain what you're after. As you've already been told, the UO tickets can be used for UO qualifiers, and the target tournament is the one shown on the first screenshot posted in the thread. What exactly is it you don't understand?
  16. There're no September missions, but there're exciting New Client Missions coming in the next release! :)
  17. €25 MTT ticket on my head, if you play with your community alias :)
  18. Tournament will be in the client later, I just set it up :)
  19. The entire country was referring to Malta - and the issue wasn't limited to just Malta: https://edition.cnn.com/2020/08/30/tech/internet-outage-cloudflare/index.html Anyway, it doesn't really matter. I can't compensate you because you lost a bet - again, it didn't impact the outcome, and I honestly find your claim a bit absurd. Yes, you could have cashed out the bet, fired up the slots and won € 5.000.000. Anything could have happened, but playing that game doesn't really make sense. You could also have deposited more, and lost it, if the site was available - this is of course the most likely outcome, but we don't apply a negative premium to your account for that reason. I am really sorry about the issue and apologize again :)
  20. It's not an issue we could have done anything about. There have been widespread internet issues in the entire country. We are of course sorry this happened, but we can't compensate you for a bet you placed before the issue started. The issue didn't have any impact on the outcome.
  21. @Lerre, not sure what issue you're talking about; we're just operating within the rules defined by the Belgian authorities :) GG Poker are breaking the law, and as a licensed site in Belgium we obviously can't do the same :)
  22. A withdrawal wasn't attempted from a fake account. Customer was on here and then decided to create another Unibet account, thinking we wouldn't be able to identify him :) And no, I don't think verification upon account creation would be a wise move. In this case it definitely wouldn't have solved anything, as customer didn't read the bonus T&C, and 10 documents wouldn't have changed that :)
