  3. @Pionrj, if that's the case, I understand your frustration, at least to some extent :) I have looked at your account and can't see the issue you're talking about. I can see you contacted us in the afternoon the 2nd of August. Late afternoon the same day, the ticket was added. Early next morning you were informed by email. If there's been contacts prior to that, where they agent didn't create a ticket for it, I can investigate further. Vast majority of poker cases which are escalated to the poker team, they are handled within just a few hours, and it rarely takes more than a day, unless it's a really complex issue.
  4. @Pionrj take a deep breath my man :) We certainly care about our customers, and I am sorry you experienced this issue! I have refunded you the buyin in bonuspoints, which you can use in the shop :) It is normal procedure that CS escalate compensation requests so they can be looked at by us in the poker team.
  5. @ubbster, might seem like a stupid question, but did you enable saved state again after 2nd login? ;) The filters are saved, but the saved state is switched off upon login, so you'll just need to turn it on again

  8. @koer, welcome to the community and appreciate the feedback! Main challenge with moving things away from the table is the fact that we're using same UI for desktop app and web, and on web we got the hand widget in the left side, which takes up some space :)

  10. @Cl1nt there's currently an issue with them only updating upon login. For the first column in MTT lobby, it has to be this width due to various languages and the content being localized

  15. @Yzzid-Le, I don't have all the details, but it seems to be a communication issue between the Belgian regulator and our servers. The response time from the regulator is higher than the timeout value we've defined, which results in this message being shown. It's affecting all products, not just poker, and I'd like to stress it has nothing to do with the poker release today, just bad timing :) It's being worked and will hopefully be solved soon.
  16. @L-Oharra, correct. It comes and goes, so you can be lucky to get in and register for a tournament, but you shouldn't log out while playing, as you might not be able to get in again
  17. @PRO8L3M what's the issue exactly? Do you have multiple screens? It makes a difference where lobby is placed and from what window and screen you create the tiling. If you do have more than one, please try it on the other screen and see if that doesn't solve it. @creier13, we have regular cash leaderboard promos. No zoom or snap coming anytime soon - we don't have the liquidity and it'd have to replace regular cash games :) @steppek77, much less clutter and less elements now, so think it's just a question of you getting used to it :) @High-Lander, as I mentioned earlier in the thread; "For now, you can only sort by starts in column". We will be adding at least sorting by buyin as well :) And I never said freerolls don't matter at all. If they didn't, we wouldn't run them. The reply wasn't so much targeted at you but all the dissatisfied freeroll related comments - the tag a bit confusing there, I know :) And don't get me wrong, I do appreciate all the constructive feedback!
  18. This is nothing to do with the poker client as such. There's an account issue in your country, which is blocking play on all products. It's being worked on. Apologies for the inconvenience!
  19. @waffel, not a poker issue but an issue with accounts in your country right now. I believe there's nothing to do but just wait 5-10 min and try again :(

  23. @Tekes, info box will be improved. Haven't heard of the addon issue before. Yes, you will get the rebuy dialog first, but if you decline that and click addon, it will work (there might be a small delay). Can you confirm if you ended up getting the addon chips? @Josafina, Windows client doesn't have this limit, but the web client does. Do apologize for forgetting to include it in the release notes
  24. @penguin50 small technical issue with that one. Log out and back in and it should work :)
  25. @radge1, yes. Most of them will make a comeback :) it's quite time consuming converting the existing layouts to mobile portrait designs, and we couldn't do that many for the release. More will be added in the next releases :)
