@SCOBY, thanks for the info. Did you do anything at all (like some page in lobby, open settings etc.) which you wouldn't regularly do during a hand? Just trying to understand if there's anything we can do to try and reproduce the issue on our end - only knowing that it happened, that doesn't help so much. Did you rotate the screen by any chance?

@SCOBY, any idea what might have caused this? Did you have a small disconnect? Did you close the app to do something else between hands?

@Pickleman thanks, that's really useful! Considering E40 got infinite rebuys, I believe that's what caused all your crashes.

@Mijnlamp0310 I'm sorry there's an issue with accounts in your country! - has "only" been yesterday and today though. There's a temporary solution in place now, and they'll continue working on it tomorrow. Would like to stress the issue has nothing to do with the new poker software :)

@OliD , @tom_green if it crashes when you're viewing a lobby, it would be extremely useful with some screenshots or at least info about what specific lobby it was. We have one known issue related to the infinity character, but maybe there's something else as well

Yes, first time I ever see this. I didn't even know the software supported it :D Will need to see how Leo set it up and how it's different to the regular sats

@Check_Norris maybe ;) We don't actually know if it's an issue on our end or not. It's just the communication between us and then BE regulator that's failing. @Emerald, update the app. We fixed the issue this evening :)

@laifstaile have to take into consideration the number of players, GTD and overlay ;)

@dJ_b0rG it's the same issue as the login one you experienced. There's unfortunately nothing I can do from my end. We got several teams working on it now, but with no luck so far :(

@tom_green I need a bit more to work with. What device are you using? When does it crash? Does the app stop working, does it freeze, or what happens?

@laifstaile, tournament tag issue. Was too much work to fix it for all UOS tournaments after they already were added to the client :)

@dJ_b0rG not poker related but a general Belgian issue. The guys are working on it :)

@Zetna, you should check your balance in local currency. If you're checking it in Euro in the client, the balance will fluctuate according to the exchange rate. In this case your local currency decreased in value against the Euro, which would explain why it seems like your balance got lower (which it did, in Euro, but not in local currency).

If you love overlay and want a good deal, check out the two superqualifiers in the client for €50 tickets! First one starts in 25 minutes and the second in 2 hours. Both got 20 €50 tickets guaranteed with a buyin of just €1.

So not the issue I wrote about? About the bets not showing on mobile? Did you understand what I meant? I'm not sure I explained correctly. @Emerald , no it's all clear, don't worry. Hope to have it fixed in the next release (only so much we can do at a time :) ). As @GR1ZZL3R mentioned, changing the orientation (rotating device) should help.

We will have a small release going out shortly (iOS and Google Play update will take some days): - Challenge points not updating for MTT and HexaPro in realtime - Dealer button 9-handed in wrong position for the guy 2 seats on heros left - Read more link for new client missions not working - New client mission steps not completing, if you already visited the page in same session - CG player pool not showing queued players as well - Bounty position issues on Android - Cards position being off on 9-handed mobile portrait with avatars disabled - CIP icons covering fold button on Android portrait mode in SNG's EDIT: MTT highlight colors have also been changed, so that there's less contrast and it looks more pleasing to the eye.

It can never be 100% :) There're very few bugs, and as you can see in this thread, almost all feedback is related to improvements :) When you've got a deadline you're working towards and everything is planned, it'd quite simply be a huge waste of resources and time to postpone it, when it's working quite well (as you can see in that poll someone created on here, even with the small issues, vast majority prefers the new design). Adding promotions etc. to old client, when everything has been prepared in new, that's quite timeconsuming :)
