  2. @Livertool, not relevant in this case. Also, if money was won, it was won fair and square and there would be a reason to issue any refunds? The original account was legit, which is of course also why the money was returned to the customer upon request. EDIT: Almost nothing posted in the thread was true :( Some might have been made up with the purpose of hiding the true identity, not knowing we could easily link the accounts :)
  3. I have archived everything in this thread, as there isn't any point in keeping it online. The sole purpose was to try and damage our reputation by lying about the entire process and feasibility of getting specific documents. It's also worth noting that the money has been paid out, and guesswho is a fake account - @Guesswho, there's such a thing as an IP address, so your attempt at being anonymous, it failed quite bad. I'm not going to reply to every element of this obscure thread, but I do apologize for IBAN being mentioned in the email (I haven't seen it myself and would assume it says IBAN/SWIFT, which is then totally fine), as that is indeed not used in Canada. Could be the email only said IBAN, if it was a generic english template that was used. Anyway, that small thing would never really be an issue, and chat would have clarified it right away, which I'm sure also happened in this case. Your case can be summarized like this: - You didn't read the terms and conditions for the bonus offers upon signup - You got upset you hadn't read the terms and conditions - You wanted a deposit bonus for poker, where we match your deposit amount with bonus funds, which we don't offer (and neither do any other major poker site) - You requested a manual withdrawal of the deposit, for which we need some documents - You were still pissed about the fact that you didn't read the bonus T&C and didn't feel like cooperating - You ended up sending the documents and your money was paid - You decided to go on here and troll

  7. @Panamera, in the folder with the Unibet Poker.exe file, you should have a .dmp file (will probably be quite big) with info about the crash. If you can send this one to me by PM, I'll send some bonus points your way :) - due to the file size, you might need to upload it to wetransfer, dropbox or similar :) EDIT: are you able to reproduce the error? I've tried on my end, without any luck :)

  11. Hey! Due to a mistake in the leaderboard configuration we unfortunately had some qualifier results included until 14:30 CET today. This has now been corrected. We apologise for the inconvenience and will credit everyone affected - everyone that had points deducted - a €5 MTT ticket.
  12. @Livertool, same way as always ;) Click the burger menu and then logout :) don't believe the UO slot is integrated in the version you got EDIT: Oh, logout doesn't work :D then sign in on laptop/browser, as it'll terminate your app session. EDIT 2: never mind, that doesn't work either. Well, no more having to sign in then, great! EDIT 3: if you head to settings (In Android, not the app) you can clear data for the app, which does the trick. EDIT 4: but it also means the fingerprint login isn't enabled.

Hey @WileyHack, please remember the timezone is UTC, as mentioned in your other thread: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Help-Support/August-mission-problem-again/m-p/345211#M13527 You did not play a SNG on the 20th, hence it'll say just one day. Again, there hasn't been any technical issues with any of your missions; they all work exactly as designed. I'll make one last exception for you and complete this mission. Please remember the UTC timezone aspect :)
  19. @Argevolen, feature implemented to achieve a level playing field - we want everyone to a fair chance at winning :) Do you have this assets issue often, or is it the first time?
  20. @Argevolen, yes, it's been tested by 3 community members on Windows 7 for the past 2 months :) There have been some crash issues, but they're almost all fixed by now. Don't worry, we won't have a repeat of the V2 launch ;)
  21. I'll have a new version shortly with some visual improvements and bug fixes. Just like this message if you'd like to receive it by PM (@panamera, I'll send it to you when I get it). I have also got an Android app for those who'd like to test from phone :)
