  11. This part is just simply not true. We get so many verification cases on a daily basis which are sorted within hours, on some markets they are sorted automatically via different tools even so the customer will not face any delays. Unfortunately in a really minor amount of cases, it does take longer than stated and yours is even unusual in the sense of the long cases. But like I said, I've asked that this would be handled right away and am waiting for feedback.

The verification request will not go away before completed and the withdrawal will be paid as soon as it's done. I agree it should take nowhere near this long and I'm trying to get it resolved for you asap.

  15. Hey @Jt2509, I'll check up on the case and the communication, doesn't sound right that they would request something that has already been submitted. Unless of course the request far for the same type of document, and not the same. I'll take a look shortly and let you know.

  18. Hey @Jt2509 I'll ask for an update on the case. Unfortunately there is no standard set of documents we are asking but that varies on a case by case basis. Sometimes they will ask for more documents after receiving the previous ones.
  19. Hey @gnkdinamo1986, the bet in question has been voided due to an error in the score, the scores were originally swapped and were the wrong way around. Unibet reserves the right, at its own discretion, to declare a bet void, totally or partly, if it is obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred: a. Bets have been offered, placed and/or accepted due to an Error and/or at odds which significantly differ from those currently present elsewhere in the market; b. Bets placed while the website was encountering technical problems, that would otherwise not have been accepted; c. Influence Betting; d. Syndicate Betting; e. A result has been affected by criminal actions - directly or indirectly; f.   22. 95% (if not more, this is just a guesstimate) of our cases are handled within a few hours as well, this is just not something that you see publically as people never say anything about it. New document requests may arise at any point of the journey, unfortunately that's just the way it is. That being said, I'll take a look at the case. 🙂
