Hi @Stubbe-Unibet Ironically, Android is the only platform I can log in on. I've attached what I see on the PC. I'm asked if I want to update. I check it and the second attachment shows how far it goes which is 100% but nothing happens. The iPad app also asks for an update but just ends up with a black screen. I've tried your reinstall suggestion. The good news is that it worked for the PC, but the iPad app just shows a black screen with a blank white banner at the top.

Have been experiencing problems logging in over the last few days on both my PC and iPad. I get a message saying I need to update and then it seems to be updating and then gets stuck at 100%. I'm limited to just playing in the browser for now.

Hi I have a 250 euro live event ticket which expires around 15th September. Is there any chance of extending it as I am going on holiday soon and think I might struggle to use it by then? I only need an extra month or two as I will use it for the Unibet Open in Bucharest when I get back. Thanks Simon

Just back from a great time in Malta for the Deepstack Open. I thought that I read something beforehand that there would be welcome drinks etc, but I didn't receive any information on this, just confirmation that they had noted I wanted to use the package for Malta. I emailed asking if there were welcome drinks etc but didn't hear back. Were there welcome drinks and activities or am I getting confused with a package I'd seen by another poker site? I know it's a bit late now, but it would be useful to know for the future and to know how to get any details in advance. Unibet Open have welcome drinks and activities, but I'm not getting confused with that. I swear I saw something online but I couldn't find it when I looked again.

Managed to win a package and flying out early on Tuesday. @Andy-UnibetIt says I will be contacted within 3 business days. Is there a contact e-mail address you could PM me in case I don't hear anything as obviously dates are tight? Thanks.

The lobby states that the package for the above can be taken for Malta. But given that the festival starts a couple of days later is that definitely the case for this Sunday? Also does anyone know what days the hotel package are for?

Good to see Unibet supporting the Malta Poker Festival. The package includes a satellite to the main event on 28/4. I'm confused why this is included when the package already includes a main event seat. What would happen if I qualified as the next day would be the final day for qualifiers yet I'd then have 2 bullets? Could I cash the 2nd bullet? Alternatively, if I arrived earlier in the week could I play my qualifier earlier than the 28th which is stated as there are satellites earlier in the week? Finally, is there a set day for playing the main event with the main event entry included in the package or could I arrive earlier (and stay somewhere else initially or extend the hotel stay if allowed) and play a day 1 earlier in the week which would free me up for playing in the other events if I didn't make day 2? Lots of questions. Just trying to get my head around how the package works before I book my flights (I'll be going anyway even if I miss out on the package).

Apologies if this has been covered already and I've missed it, but is there any reason why new avatars are not being added each month? It is a fun part of the Unibet experience and this has dropped off for a while now, apart from the occasional promotional one. I don't know if Unibet can track which avatars are being used, but maybe drop the lesser used ones if space needs to be freed up?

Key thing for me is to continue giving estimates for tournament duration. Knowing which ones will fit into the amount of time I have is really helpful.
