  1. I need to raise a case and check up on this but I believe this is what's causing it. In a similar fashion to any slot, if you leave before the round is over it gets kind of "stuck" and you can play it when you open the slot again. In this case it'll just leave the "free spin" remark there as the round is not over when it actually is. But I'll check this with people smarter than me tomorrow and let you guys know. This is the Reel Investigator promotion, correct?

  13. Those badges are actually from the old system which I've been meaning to work on again. We have a few that you can earn, but a 2 year anniversary is not one of them. for example this one that you get when you get your answers marked as solution in x amount of topics. 🙂

  17. As long as you will be able to withdraw your funds you will have access to Unibet Community. Once the accounts are shut down completely also Community access will be revoked. I don't have the dates of when this will happen yet, but it will most likely be at the end of the year or beginning of next year.

  20. "local problem" might not only be local to you but could affect a market or two. I'm not at my work PC at the moment so I can't check this but I assume this is what happened. That only means it's not widespread so it affects everyone. I can also take a look at the chats tomorrow and pass the feedback forward. 🙂
  21. As it is at the moment, as long as you have access to your Unibet account (even if no products are offered) you will have access to your Community account and thus to Community as well. I'll try and get some clarification to this tomorrow but I have not yet been told to close the market from our side.
