  3. This is just not the case. Like I said before, the amount of negative or prolonged verification cases is so absurdly small compared to the positive ones, but those are the only ones you see. But it's pretty pointless arguing about this, I have escalated the case and will give you an update as soon as I have one. πŸ™‚

I do understand the frustration, but keep in mind the only cases you see here are the complaints of the verifications that have taken longer (or have not been as automated) etc. What may seem like a lot is in reality a miniscule amount of the verification we do on a daily basis. If everyone who had a positive experience would come here (or any other platform) and write about it that would be the only threads you see. Certain checks are done when the account is created where possible, then other checks and verifications will be done when necessary.

  11. I see the documents have been uploaded yesterday. I'll check with the team for an update but I doubt they will have one yet. There are multiple different types of verifications. Some verifications are done only on some accounts so it would not make sense to do it on all accounts prior to any activity for example. This has been discussed here multiple times as well if you browse through different verification topics. πŸ™‚
