Hey all, Really sorry about this guys. There was a mistake in the original setup, first if qualifying bet was made on Mens matches the free bet credited only worked on Mens matches, then it went to manual crediting (which obviously takes a lot of time). By the looks of it the course of action is as follows: The current bonus setup will be cancelled and reactivated with the correct one. I'll keep you posted once that's confirmed.

I'm just going out on a limb here (Stubbe and Andy have and can provide more information) but I think this is part of the reason it did change. It did not achieve what it was meant to achieve but when people got used to it, it served as a freeroll for people who are used to it and not as a cross selling promotion.
