This promotion is, opt-in, place a bet of minimum £1 and maximum of £40, if your bet is a winning one, congratulations you will receive your winnings and original stake as per usual. If your bet is a losing one, we will credit you with the amount your bet was, in this case £10. Please also note when placing multiples: - Only the first settled Racing bet of up to £40 in a System bet, or an E/W bet, will be eligible for a refund. Please let me know if this doesn't clear it up and I'll try to explain better. :)

Hey @Juventini, Stubbe is stuck between flights. If that works for you and doesn't create any issues while playing, go ahead and use it for the time being. I can't test it as I don't have a DK account and/or NemID myself. If you could log in with that and see if it works as should, I'll take a look at your audit log and make sure all is good from our end.

Hey @Colinwieland and @Jackpendo, As per T&C of the bonus offer, -Place a Racing bet of minimum £1 with odds 2/5 (1.40) or greater. -If your Racing bet wins, you have completed the bonus, you receive your winnings and your stake. -If your Racing bet loses, you will receive your stake back up to a maximum of £40. - Only the first settled Racing bet of up to £40 in a System bet, or an E/W bet, will be eligible for a refund. 3)Wagering the bonus money: You cannot withdraw your bonus money until you’ve completed the bonus (or if you’ve cancelled it or if it has expired) Sportsbook: Bet your bonus 3x -If you received £40 bonus money you need to bet £120 to complete the bonus conditions. -Sportsbook bets will count towards the total once they’ve been settled. Only bets with odds of 2/5 (1.40) or greater will count. Only bets settled within the bonus validity period of 7 days will count. Bets cannot be placed on Supertoto. @OmahGAWD and @Purps, That seems to be the case here as well. Since the player you busted rebought, he was not eliminted. Maybe @Stubbe-Unibet can shed some light to this? The mission does state "Eliminate", and in this case the player is not yet eliminated as they can rebuy.
