The game round indeed appears to have been stuck as it played during 25.02.2020 18:14:58 - 19:33:38. However as shown in the visuals the game round has not been a winning one and in this case there is nothing to compensate. In addition we can see that the player has succesfully continued game play within this game after this." Could you confirm that the time of the round is correct? We also have a screenshot of the replay of the round that I can attach here should you so request.

Hey @berger4, What was the message received, and are you playing on the browser or downloadable client? If browser, which browser and version are you using? Did you manage to log in again?

Hey @Daniaal, The issue is the same as described above. The first 2 bets were qualifying by odds but not by amount, the latest 2 bets were qualifying by amout but not by odds. I see the Free Bets still pending in your account, so you can make a bet to get them released. Please let me know if the explanation is not clear enough. :)

Ok so @Livertool, I hope this makes sense: On the video after you buy the feature balance is left to 33.56€, feature pays 15.92€ which leaves it to 49.48€. Then at the end of the video it looks like you bought the feature again for 40€, leaving the balance to 9.48€. That feature pays 32.84€ which leaves the last balance to 42.32€. Then next transaction is the 20€ bet. Does this make any sense? So the last payout is correct when you reopened the game, if you think that it was different (Sorry my brain is all foggy trying to make sense of this) I can send this to the provider to be checked as well. Send me a PM of how we should go on about this please and sorry :D

Yeah, this would not be an easy one to try to explain later on... Hey @DKnight! There is 2 re-entries allowed per starting day. There is a seat only tournament today at 8pm, normal final on 29th of February and another seat only final 2nd of March. These are the ones that are in the lobby, I'm not quite certain if there will be any additional added satellites, I think the schedule will remain as it. Hopefully @Leo-Unibet can shed more light on this. :)

That is something that is coming, it was quite a flying start to all of this so didn't have a chance to post yet. :) Also I wish I could adjust the promotions to people... I would have so many friends <3

Yes, it was just a wrong link on it but all good now! And it was correct on other sites on different languages, just the .com was affected. :)

I'm assuming it should go directly to the promotion page and will report it forward. Thanks!
