It feels bad to be in such a spot, but sincerely you got a lot of material that should have helped you from a technical and mental side to be at least a Winning_NL10/25-REG, which should be enough to give you some breathing room. Also, you shouldn't be playing Casino or Sports betting at all and Poker is debatable. Have you ever thought you might have a bigger problem like being an Addict? You do play with those countries but you also play with everyone else in the main pool. The counties you mentioned aren't in a segregated pool like France, Spain, Italy, etc. So I doubt you know with who you play half the time, maybe you have an inkling who are the rec/regs in a small pool but that's about it. 🤔

It's not 2010 anymore, you just can't play tight + mass multi-table and expect to win anything meaningful, people are better these days.
