Enjoying my few last days off with testing a video interview setup, and need to practice video editing a bit as well. Thought I'd use the opportunity to actually produce some content that might be interesting to some of you. 

So, ask any question related to Unibet poker (as long as it's not game advise related, because then I'm of no help 😅), and I'll likely include it in the short video which I'll post Saturday or Sunday this week. Can be future product changes, questions to past changes, the strategy, industry trends etc. Etc.

Is there a dedicated/pinned topic for ticket expiry extensions? I've had Elron help me get an extension before, but I'd rather not hassle him if I don't have to. 

I have three $5 tickets to Elrons Stratosphere that will expire soon, could I get extensions on them please.

In the middle of all sorts of country based restrictions, taxes etc and decreasing number of players cause of them, any plans how to cope with it? Especially if/when more countries follow that path of nonsence. Possible to offer your network to others, merge, call quits?

Don't expect too detailed answer but would be nice to know how future looks in online poker.

- What’s the future strategy to get more traffic towards poker?

- Thoughts on hotkeys, even a simplified version like one fold button and a set open raise size of our liking?

i have been in so many tournaments where the guarantee has not been met,

obviously that's good for me but bad bad for Unibet,

just a bit worrying how long can this be sustained?

I bother asking cause if there was a real interest, I would be happy to do it. When that is not the case, I wont bother with it, as it does take a fair bit of time to set it all up. Anyway, let's see tomorrow 🙂

What I really want to know: is it not against your licence promoting something for more than a half year (level2 freerolls), but still need inside meetings how to introduce them?

When I register to HexaPro the two outcomes of possible win (example 1,5 vs 3 euros) is real chance or just a random algorythm and the real pp were already decided?

As I see the trend is replacing the old cash giving bonus system to ticket/points/loyalty bonus giving ones. Previously the industry offered rakebacks, but now they are trying to offer benefits like mentioned above. What do you think will the trend continue, or due to sink of players the cash rakebacks will be back?

Technically the client is able to organise razz/7stud/mixed games tournaments?

There is a line in the industry running high stake cash games (Full Tilt, now GG poker) and gaining attendance and players via this way. Unibet has removed the highest cash game tables (NL400) due to lack of action. Do you plan reboot your high stake game again ( signing players like Magnus Carlsen/Isildur1 or similar to speed up those tables)

Currently I can exchange my UO tickets only. Do you plan bringing back the ticket exchange system via LC/adding more tickets to exchange options? How big was your loss when you have allowed changing general tickets to lower ones?

UO main event went online due to pandemic situation. Do you plan keeping the online tourney alive and offer both online/live event option for qualified players in the future?

What do you think, which country will join to the regulated european poker market (ESP/ITA/FRA) next?Do you want to expand that economy or it will be better that those countries could join to official malthesian licenced pool?

Do you have plans organising more UO's in Eastern Europe?

Why can't Merenitsu see the regular freerolls? Is there any special gambling rule in Belarus?

Players from Belarus were able to complete casino weeks missions, were able to receive tickets, but the freerolls tourneys weren't show up till they asked to look after. It seems setting up promotions and country restriction are handling from 2 different persons/teams. Is it possible knowing something about the process?

Do you want to introduce the throw the enemy animation (like PS)? I hope not.

Why did you remove among others the sexy maid avatar?

Could you shed us some light how the staff freerolls work? What is the real pp, how big is the glory, which department is playing etc?

Is it allowed for emloyees playing real money games?

Is it possible knowing something about the process? - Seb asked Leo to set up the tournament, Leo misread the ticket and excluded BY and UA as per the normal freerolls, players complained, I looked at the tournament template and saw the exclusions and assumed (incorrectly) they were excluded. Double checked with Seb, found out they should be included, I updated the tournaments. Normally the first step is all that happens.

Do you want to introduce the throw the enemy animation (like PS)? I hope not. - Some table changes are coming but I won't spoil what they are 🙂

Why did you remove among others the sexy maid avatar? - No specific reason as far as I'm aware, avatars are removed periodically to keep the list at a certain level. Remember this guy?

I run one for new CS agents to let them try the software every few weeks but there is no prize. I've only seen one company-wide freeroll since I started, top prize was a €250 Amazon voucher

Is it allowed for emloyees playing real money games? - No. Community games are the only time poker team will play on the software.

- We just pick an alias out of a big bucket every morning and it lasts 24 hours 🤠

2020 was a big year as most of the world was locked indoors. It was inevitable that, once vaccination rates improved and summer 2021 hit, people would not want to sit playing online poker. Summer is quieter normally but this year was bound to be quieter. Things will pick up again in the winter months.

Hi Stubbe, a few questions:

1) what is the situation regarding ratholing on unibet? I see people regularly win a pot and instantly leave then return with 50 or 100bb in PLO games. This is unacceptable in every other site, app game, live casino, private game etc that I have ever heard of. Any plans to change the software settings so you cant just win a pot and instantly resit with 50 or 100bb?

2) Any plans for 40 banzai?

3) Do you have any ambassadors / streamers who play games other than MTTs? Always been surprised that unibet (and other sites) generally promote mtts, when I get the impression that cash games rake WAY more for sites.

4) What games are the ultra high volume players (the top 5 rakers) playing? Do they grind hexa pros? Are they winning pre RB? Post RB? I realise you cant comment on individuals but I'm curious how people manage to rake >30k euros so far in Q3, seems nuts.

Many thanks for the responses, its really good to be able to contact people in Unibet vs some sites that are completely faceless.

400nl in my lobby as well. Perhaps prsquack means 800NL, which IIRC used to run years ago but is not currently offered.

french market has 2x multiplier at HexaPros instead of 1,5. Do you plan implementing those multiplier to other markets too?

it may happen that players(horses) from coaching groups will let access to their account/moves for experienced members of the group especially when they hit a big multiplier at HexaPro. Have you ever suspended the payout of any of the big multipliers when something like that happened?

You say in doubt the english tc counts. Have you ever accepted players appeal when the translation wasn't correct?

When I delete an alias will the nick be free to use again or nobody can't use the name again?

Is it possible to connect an already existed account to any of the affilates and enjoy the benefits?

Is there any option receiving the correct password in time(before the freeroll starts) when your partner(casino.org) posting a wrong one on their twitter?

good to know about the aliases as I cycle through about 20 of them, good to know if i wait 30 days i can change my avatar
