€10 Hexapro ticket email issues - 25/02/2021

Hi everyone,

Any outstanding tickets will be credited on Monday, if not before.

I don't need to see copies of anyone's email, I can check that in our systems, and as long as you logged into the poker client on the 25th and let me know here you will get a ticket.

For full transparency, the email went out on Thursday afternoon to just under 30,000 customers in error (instead of the intended 1000) and none of the customers were given a ticket automatically. 

I've been doing 90%+ of the crediting myself manually.

I'll probably take a few hours of my Sunday to try and clear up this thread because I hate customers waiting but if you don't have a ticket at 6am on Monday morning don't worry, it's coming.
